Great service

Taxi was 15 mins late, when I called to find out where it was I was told someone would call my back, this didn’t happen, which was disappointing. Turns out there was an accident which is why it was late but there was no communication. I’ve used BA Transfer for years, and will continue to do so, but this isn’t great. Luckily we had more than enough time to get to the airport.

We assumed as per instructions that the driver would be waiting in the arrivals area 30 minutes after landing, it took us 40 minutes to clear customs and collect our suitcases. However he wasn’t there. We landed an hour late so were already behind time. I texted him to find out where he was and he said are you ready to which I replied yes. He said coming but it took another 20 minutes for him to appear. He paid the minimal parking fee which was £7 for 30 minutes so couldn’t have actually been in the airport when we landed. This was 2am so was far from perfect from our perspective and not what we would have expected from you.

Both drivers to and from the airport arrived on time. Was courteous and very helpful.
Would have no hesitation to recommend BA Transfer to friends and family.

Driver was prompt and very good at getting us through heavy traffic resulting from a Tube strike.

The driver arrived early, helped us with the luggage and with the baby seat and was very nice!

I booked the taxi for my elderly in laws who told me Roshan was polite and very helpful. He helped them with heavy baggage and arrived earlier than our requested time when we called because their flight had arrived a lot sooner than expected. I have booked with BA transfer for myself and other relatives in the past, finding them to be a reliable and reasonably priced service. I would (and have) recommend(ed) them to others.

Ba transfer drivers are always on time for pickup and are very helpful and curtious.

I have used BA transfers for a number of years now and have found them to be excellent. Simple and straightforward to book and you are provided with details of your driver and a contact well in advance. I have also found it easy to get through to the call centre if you have any questions or concerns. Drivers are reliable and unfailingly pleasant to deal with. I have had the same driver on multiple occasions so clearly the company is treating its workers well if it is retaining them for such long periods of time.
