BATransfer has a great booking system and emails useful dispatching notifications with car and driver details, which is great for getting in touch with driver (even via WhatsApp).
We booked a 9-seater which was very clean. Our driver, Mohammad, was on time every time, very polite and helpful with all our luggage.
We started working with BA Transfer for business and personal airport transfers in 2012 and have kept working with them since.

I have been using BA Transfer for the last 15 years, and I have never been disappointed. I will definitely recommend BA Transfer. They offer first-class transportation service.

Making the roiginal booking was very straightforward and BA Transfer's helpdesk answered immediately our call when we had a small question we needed to ask, and handled the question very promptly and helpfully.
Our driver on the day of our transfer from Heathrow to Gatwick was extremely helpful, as well as personable..Our inbound flight arrived earlier than we had expected: our driver was easy for us to reach on the mobile number BATransfer had sent us for him in advance, and he adjusted his schedule to pick us up half an hour earlier than had been arranged. We then had a very smooth and professional trip over to Gatwick, and the car was very comfortable for us and our luggage.
An entirely positive experience with BA Transfer.

All good, but it is becoming a bit expensive compared to other options, especially Uber, even though BATransfer bookings are made with 2-3 days' advance notice, which should ideally offer a better price compared to last-minute Uber bookings.

Price going up rapidly recently but service improved as well.

The driver was very nice but I had tried to book him to help me to the check in as I’m disabled. He parked in a taxi zone and I had to struggle with a trolley and my luggage.
I often use BaTransfer but was disappointed this time.

The best company for airport transfers. Always on time. kind polite and very helpful drivers. The cars are lovely, and spotlessly clean. The firm keeps you up to date on any bookings.I have used the transfer service for over 7 years and I highly recommend
