I ordered two sets of special batteries. Now about 2 weeks on the first one. One week later, on the second, I called and emailed to check for a response on both. I contacted the CC company to get a refund. Not sure they are in business anymore Stay away

I purchased a cell phone battery for my brother from batteryBob April 3 it was delivered from China the 12th. He put the battery in the cell phone...it didn't work and it never charged. I've been trying since then to get the money I paid them for the junk battery...it is now April 21 and I have sent them at least 10 messages with no reply. I ordered from eBay a replacement cell phone with battery like my brother had for $44 and with free return if needed. It was delivered quickly the battery was at 3% and at 100% within 4 hours. batteryBob should take lessons from eBay about how to treat a customer. I would never refer anyone to batteryBob for purchasing a cell phone battery or any other product.

I ordered a Cameron Sino battery for my Xperia Play on the 13th due to the price being half of what I could find on eBay, but I wasn’t given a tracking number. I worried, but I waited the 2 weeks as stated on the website as the items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. It finally arrived today, and it’s exactly what I ordered directly from the manufacturer. I’ll be sure to order from here again if I need another battery for something.
