Prolly the worst app I’ve ever tried to buy stuff on.. zero search options. It’s so frustrating I came to give it review

Possesive attitude

I recently purchased from BB Branded and I couldn't be more satisfied. The shipping was fast and reliable, and the quality of the products is fantastic. The shoes are stylish, comfortable, and true to size. Overall, I’m really impressed with both the product selection and the customer service. Highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for great quality clothing (shoes) and a smooth shopping experience

Please dont ever by anything from these guys they take money from your purchase when u send it back and you have to do ur own transport and lose off the bat 50/60$ from ur purchase it's sick they say there small company that's trying to grow bu they are thieves
They take 20percent stocking fee when you return it never again

Do not buy anything from these people complete trash don't answer calls or emails shoes haven't been shipped contacting bank to get refund

Sent me a pair of dunks that where left in the heat the soles were all warped and when i contacted then they wanted me to pay to return them and re order when it was an issue with the product itself. no customer service stay away they are trash

I CANCEL MY ORDER RIIGHT AFTER I PLACE IT.I CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER THAT THEY HAVE ONLINE BUT NO ANSWER SO I SENT SO MANY EMAILS AND STILL HAVEN'T GOT MY REFUND EVEN PAYPAL SENT THEM AN EMAIL FOR THEM TO REVERSE THE MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT STILL NO REFUND.I WILL DISCUSS IT WITH MY BANK

The shoes I received were clearly worn outside. They were quite and there was yellow stains in several places. No response at all from customer service. Better off buy ANYWHERE ELSE

I absolutely love ordering from BB branded, but the thing that needs a huge improvement is the speed of the delivery. Unfortunately, the two orders I l placed on Friday the 22nd, won’t arrive until October 5th. Very disappointing.

I ordered a pair of shoes I received them damaged I wanna return them and they asked me to pay for shipping them back customer service sucks hard they have no number to call only by email and they answer one email a day overall if you don't have to deal with customer service ther prices are pretty good
