I was blindsided in ways I never expected, caught up in a web of shady dealings that left me reeling. It was a lot to process at the time, but I eventually took control of the situation and sought for help.That's when the inspectors at ACD Advisors took a close look at my case,launching a raid that ensured they didn’t get away with my hard-earned money.In the end,I was sorted out,but not without a battle as you already know.

The heart of the issue was simple: their app froze the moment I tried to cash out on a profitable trade. By the time the system was responsive again, the market had reversed, and I found myself staring at a loss of over $50K.Just because i told them i was fine on my own and didn't need an account manager.That kind of unreliability isn’t just an inconvenience—it’s a serious breach of trust. These guys can’t be counted on, no matter how smooth their promises sound.

My experience with BDSwiss has been extremely disappointing and stressful.
My account number is 90004014 under the name Anwar Ahmed. My account has been completely wiped out and I lost 198,075.65 USD.
For the last 2 years I have been trying to withdraw my funds. First they promised 80 percent, then 50 percent, and now they say the company is in loss and they cannot pay anything.
Their support is very poor. Emails are ignored or they give unclear answers. There is no proper explanation about my funds.
They even sent me an empty statement showing zero balance with no transaction history which is completely unacceptable.
This company cannot be trusted. I strongly advise everyone to stay away and not invest with them.

I am extremely disappointed with BDSwiss.

I have been trying to withdraw my funds for a long time, but my requests are being ignored or delayed without any clear explanation. I also noticed deductions from my account without my authorization, which is very concerning.

The total amount involved is 140,000 MAD, and this situation is unacceptable.

If my funds are not returned immediately, I will escalate this issue further by filing official complaints with financial authorities and continuing to expose this case publicly.

I strongly advise others to be very careful when dealing with this company.

Fraud company Bdswiss operated in uae and stole the money in open broadlight, they kept on delaying the funds stating technical issues and then suddenly closed all my trades, thieves operating in broad daylight. I even reported them to SCA but I believe it’s useless as BDSwiss was one of biggest scam operated in broad daylight and I have lost over 10k usd with them,not only that the time I invested with them and my funds it would never come back

For years I've deposited and withdrawn funds without too much fuss perhaps a few days tops.

Now its been over 1 month and my withdrawal is still pending.

Only generic responses and no clear answer as to why the delay or when the withdrawal will be processed.

🚨 PUBLIC WARNING: BDSwiss is withholding Kenyan Trader Funds.

As a leader in the Kenyan trading space, my reputation is built on integrity. I am officially flagging BDSwiss for predatory practices.

Since Sept 2024, they have blocked my withdrawals of $2,602.42. To make matters worse, they just "stole" $1,229.15 from my pending withdrawal as an "inactivity fee." How can an account be "inactive" when I've been begging for my money for over a year?

I have had to pay part of my community out of my own pocket to protect them from this broker's failure.

@BDSwiss, you have to settle my account before I release a full exposé to my entire network and the Kenyan media.

I am sharing my experience with BDSwiss to warn other traders.

I submitted a full withdrawal request on August 27, 2025. Despite multiple follow-ups, the withdrawal has still not been processed. As of today, I received only generic responses referring to “technical issues” or “internal investigations,” without any concrete timeline.

At one point, BDSwiss even deducted an inactivity fee from my account while my funds were blocked due to their own failure to process the withdrawal. This fee was only reversed after I sent a formal compliance notice, which shows that action is possible when sufficient pressure is applied.

As of today, my withdrawal remains in pending for almost 5 months, and my funds are still not released.

I am posting this review in the hope that BDSwiss will finally resolve this matter and to inform other traders about the risks of prolonged withdrawal delays.

I will update this review if and when the withdrawal is successfully completed.

UPDATE!

My bank (Revolut) attempted to contact BDSwiss regarding this unresolved withdrawal, but received no cooperation. The withdrawal requested on August 27, 2025 remains pending.

Final Update: Despite submitting a formal complaint to the Financial Services Commission (Mauritius) and sending multiple formal notices, I have received no response from BDSwiss. My withdrawal of EUR 1,311 requested on August 27, 2025 remains “In Progress” to this date.

Update 02.04.2026 Despite multiple formal emails, a regulatory complaint filed with the Financial Services Commission Mauritius, and further follow-ups sent on 25 March, BDSwiss has stopped responding entirely. My withdrawal request of EUR 1,311 submitted on 27 August 2025 is still marked “In Progress”.

This broker is fraudulent, and they are no longer even trying to hide it.

Previously, they falsely claimed that there were technical issues with withdrawals and asked me to wait for the problem to be resolved. However, they have now moved to outright theft.

An unauthorized amount of –5,623.15 was deducted from my trading account without any explanation.
My account number with the broker is 50241788. They have simply deducted and effectively stolen half of my deposit.

They are not even attempting to provide excuses anymore and have completely stopped responding to my messages. This is clear evidence of fraudulent activity.

I request immediate attention to this matter and urgent action.

My withdrawal has been pending for almost one year .I opened multiple support tickets without resolution.I am still waiting for a clear timeframe for my withdrawal.
