I have had the Bca 350 legend for 3 years have never cleaned it and have hot around 1500 rounds out of it left it in the rain dropped it out of my utv and steel shuts like a new one thanks BCA

I've ordered twice from them and its my last time no more lies. I paid almost 30 dollars for 2 day flat rate fast shipping on both items I bought first one took over a week to get shipped amd then another 10 days before I finally received the package. I paid a premium price for fast shipping marked Cleary 2 days from date received. Not 10 days or 12 days later . It's a bold faced lie and im sick of it . Then when I asked about it I get a smart ass reaction from u . OK Good job u just lost another customer. If I could give u -5 I would u are not honest and dont care about customers. Also gonna be filling a claim with my bank involved want the money back I did not receive what I paid for I was scammed

Useless customer service. Wanted to change order before shipment. Ordered on Sat, no customer service until Mon AM. Can't change or cancel order after placing. That seems weak. I know it probably wasn't even pulled yet. Have ordered numerous items from them. This will be my last.

My first inclination about reviewing BCA is ‘bad mouth’ them and hope they keep prices low, but I am honest and been around the block for 80 years thus far. Of the guns I have bought, BCA has well made and quality products. My only dubious comment is , “how do they do it for the price?” I have bought 3 items from BCR and am very satisfied with all of them. I bought a BC9 (left Chg) / a BC9 (right chg) and a 22 lr upper (right chg). I use for plate and steel challenges. They work folks and are dependable. If fact the guns are better at shooting than I am.
One item to consider, I bought the R charge PCC and I use a brass catcher. Was not a good move on my part. You cannot charge the gun with catcher attached. This is on me and I should have known better. I only speak of the BCA guns I have bought. I have seen poor reviews from many folks and in my opinion these folks are not familiar with firearms. I would listen to people who love, know and shoot guns over some of these city folk writing bad reviews. I have other precision guns for that purpose but for banging steel and having fun why spend 800 bucks on some other gun to hit an 8”target when BCA can hit it every time you want it to.

I bought an AR-15 upper 6mm ARC on 3/19/24, I wanted one with a 24" barrel, but they didn't have any at that time, so I ordered the 20" version, when I got it, it looked good, and I tried it out and it functioned fine with decent groups but after a couple months I found a 24" barrel by another company, so I bought it and took everything to a gunsmith I've used in the past, to R&R the barrel for me. Well, he ran into problems trying to get the 20" barrel off the receiver and found out it had been damaged when it was installed, so he said he contacted Bear Creek about this issue and they said they would send out another barrel nut to replace the damaged one, so FedEx sent me an email on 1/14/25 that this had been packaged and was ready for pick-up but as of 1/29/25 it hasn't moved from their shop. My gunsmith and I both of tried calling and emailing them since 1/20/25 to no avail, they don't answer their phone, it just goes to voice mail every time and they haven't responded to any of the 4-5 emails I sent them. This is the worst company customer service I've ever dealt with.

I enjoy building guns. I have purchased many items from bear creek arsenal. Many complaints by people purchasing items and calling them defective. Falls on them. Any AR style part I buy I take apart ,inspect, clean and reassemble. People need to read when purchasing items they have recommended loads or ammo for their equipment. All my BCA equipment works great. I have found thing not right with several brands and during my process they were corrected and work great.

Gift recipient loved their gift. It was received very quickly in time for Christmas, however, the box was crushed. Also, they use Monterey Financial Services for financing/payments and that company is a sham. They will charge you 2.5 times the original cost of the item. Luckily, I had planned to pay within 30 days. Bear Creek Arsenal needs to get with the times and use Klarna, Afterpay, or even Paypal. Please don't sign up for Monterey Financial Services for payments. You will get ripped off.

Bear Creek Arsenal are my "go to" guys for all my firearms build needs. My customers and I love their products. Fast shipping and super fair prices keep me returning to BCA.

Never answers the customer service and sales phone. I called at different times of the day, according to their business hours. It's like they don't exist or something. I have an ongoing late order. Still waiting. But no one is answering the phone. Is this business even legit? I made a comment on their YouTube Channel, simply saying that they don't answer their phone. It got deleted right away. This is very suspicious and its bad business practice. I am going to pull out my order and report you to the BBB and to the proper authorities. Probably the FBI.

Good luck getting any service or even what you ordered. I ordered 2 lowers and 3 uppers. They shipped Lowers about 8 calendar days in. On day 15 now and no uppers. 2 emails to them and I get the same copy and past asnwer about "orders shipping in 1-24 days and I will get an email when it does". I called today and received the exact same canned response. She then said oh well it is 1-14 business days. No where on their site or email responses does it say business days and even this many calendar days would be ridiculous. The CSR who didn't answer until ring # 20 wouldn't get me anyone else to talk to and wouldn't cancel the unfulfilled portion of my order. No service whatsoever or product to show for it. Try the sales department and you get the customer service voicemail. Seems like a home business who doesn't have the product and doesn't know how to conudct business professionally to me. Buyer beware.

Gotta say that this company has been really great. I've bought two rifles from them over the last few months and while there were a few hic-cups with both rifle their customer service was outstanding and now I'm a very happy customer!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT WILL NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE. AFTER 2 WEEKS OF CALLING EVERY DAY, AND LEAVING SEVERAL MESSAGES, THEY FAIL TO RETURN MY CALLS. EVEN AFTER CALLINC THE 3 EXTENSIONS GIVEN BY THE RECORDING, THEY SEND ME TO CUSTOME SIRVICE, THIS IS BAD BUSNESS.I NEEDED TO REPORT A BROKEN FIRINGPIN.

AND HAVE NOT PROCESSED MY ORDER AND IT IS 12/9/22. I HAVE CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND NEVER HAS ANYONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!!! I HAVE FRIENDS THAT PLACED ORDERS OF THE SAME ITEMS 3-4 DAYS AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER AND THEY HAVE RECEIVED THEIR ORDERS. I CANT EVEN GET THRU TO TALK TO ANYONE ON THE PHONE TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT MY ORDER. NOT SURE WHAT KIND OF COMPANY THEY ARE RUNNING BUT IT SOUNDS LIKE THEY NEED TO HIRE SOME ADULTS TO BE IN CHARGE!! SENT SEVERAL EMAILS ASKING ABOUT MY ORDER.................... NOTHING. I HAVE HAD GOOD LUCK IN THE PAST WITH BEAR CREEK AND CANNOT BELEIVE THIS IS HAPPENING. ITS LIKE THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

Excellent customer relations, fast shipping on a missing part, and fast shipping on orders. Great Company to do business with.

Recently purchased (2) complete uppers (1) ar10 6.5 creedmoor and (1) ar15 22lr both arrived within days of placing my order both had excellent fit and finish as for the operation I'm currently completing my builds and will update after a trip to the range. Also purchased (1) ar15 complete lower which also shipped very fast currently awaiting delivery of my lower but doubt there will be any issues. Three orders in three weeks it's time to slow down and complete my builds and hit the range. I have many uppers and lowers from BCA and almost always happy with them and if not just reach out to them and they will make it right !

For what they offer, it is a great company. They aren't advertising themselves as a premium vendor. They offer an affordable solution to people who might not be in the market for a higher end component. They do however do an excellent job of tailoring their offers to what the customers want. They're new 7.62x39 uppers are full of features other companies ignore. Like an enhanced firing pin and other components to make them actually cycle. I've purchased several uppers from them and they all work well.
