I honestly couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and quality of workmanship provided by Lily and her team. From the moment I organised quotes from various roofing companies, Lily spent time talking to me and chatting through everything with such a depth of knowledge it was incredibly reassuring. Throughout the process, she updated me regularly and sent me photos and videos so I could see the progress. When you are having to spend a considerable amount of money on repairs it is so hard to know who to trust when you hear of so many rogue traders. I honestly cannot recommend Lily and her team highly enough - I will certainly recommend them to friends and family and should I be in need of the services of builders in the future I will be calling on Lily again. SUPERB!!

Lily and her team were excellent. The quote came with photos to show what work needed to be under taken. Quote was very responsible, communication was good from start to finish. Very happy with the work carried out. I would highly recommend Bear House and if the needs arise I will be using them again.

Excellent team, Lily and Adam were great. We had previously used them for a leak in the roof and this time to do the valleys and install a dry verge system. Explained everything they would be doing when they arrived, and sent a video later of the work done. Would definitely recommend them for any roof work!

A fantastic service from start to finish! Lily and Adam replaced a small flat roof above our bay window and replaced the rotten joists. The job was quoted and completed within 4 days.

Thanks so much for removing old mortar flaunch and installing new temp cowls and secured pots with new muck flaunch. They even managed to replace broken slate whilst up there which had exposed the batten.

What a fantastic job. The extension has never looked so good. And will likely last a long time. The guys did a great job, worked efficiently (even with broken ribs 😉) The whole job from first contact to quote to completion was quick and with minimum fuss. Lily cleaned the whole back garden at the end, so left the garden tidier than it was before they started. I couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank you!

Lily and Adam were great, got a chimney removal done quicker than expected and came in at a very respectable price, couldn’t have asked for a better job. They Also made time for a 2 year old who was eager to meet them and ask where her chimney had gone!

Lily and her team did an excellent job of repairs to my house including closing off holes in brickwork and repointing walling. The squirrel has lost her front door so she’s probably Notting going to leave good feedback but I certainly am. They were fantastic all round and I would certainly recommend them and use their services again if needed.

After all the heavy rain and high winds, we discovered that water was leaking in the roof somewhere and collecting on top of our window units, which was then pouring in via gaps and screw holes. I contacted BHB as they had done excellent work for my parents; they quickly assessed the situation and gave a run down on the likely causes and solutions required. All the work was completed on time, on budget and in a tidy and efficient manner. So far, we've had no more problems with leaking windows! Another ten-thumbs-up experience, would definitely contact BHB again.

After a particularly rainy spell which ended up with water dripping through the ceiling in two of our upstairs rooms, we reached out to some local roofers for quotes to repair the roof. After explaining the problem to them, Lily and Adam from Bear House Roof and Building came out to have a look and quickly got back to us with an extremely reasonable quote.

Lily managed to squeeze our job in within a couple of weeks. She and Adam were brilliant. They explained every single thing as they went along, and when they discovered that our roof was one of the worst they had seen and that the work required was more extensive than they originally thought, Lily was very upfront and quickly calculated any extra costs that we needed to know about.

They did a fantastic job of repairing our roof as best they could until we finally replace the whole thing later down the line. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bear House Build and Roofing, they are exceptionally honest and hardworking people who do a great job.

Lily was excellent. From the initial quote to work completed very nice and professional and came in at a competitive quote too. So happy with the end results and now I have a garage which can actually be used. No more tripping over bikes in my hallway.
