Nuxe Lip balm arrived eventually, unfortunately the shop app had an old address listed for me, I confirmed the order before realising, although I messaged to change address, unfortunately the response was 12 hours later and not possible. Had Royal Mail redirection in place, arrived at correct address but took a few days.
