Really easy ordering process and fast delivery too!

If I could put no stars I really would.

This company is absolutely shocking. I ordered a man’s aftershave before Christmas. The delivery arrive quick and in time for Christmas - however the wrong item was sent. A woman’s gift set arrived costing less than my actual order. I sent an email to their customer service straight away showing that I have received the wrong item. They asked me to return the item that was sent in error and then they would send the correct item out. I heard nothing. Once I contacted them again they said the item I sent back has been lost, I sent proof of postage and eventually one employee confirmed they received the missing item. I asked for the correct item to be sent out or a refund. They have told me I should receive a refund in 5-14 working days; this was January and I still have not received the refund and they keep closing the enquiry. The customer service is absolutely appalling and now I am left out of pocket without an item! Do not use this company!!

Value of money, fast service

The image displayed of the perfume is misleading, as the product I received is a newer edition with a different bottle, packaging, and a different scent, and my complaint was ignored. This was the first and last time I ordered from this site.

Horrific customer service.
I purchased an item which I thought to be an Eau de Toilette but I received a fragrance mist. Upon further research, the image and description were completely different.
This simple situation was dragged out over a number of weeks by excessively delayed replies and a complete lack of customer service. After many emails and back and forth I was told I had received what I ordered?! The item is still listed wrong on their website- it is clear they aren’t even reading my emails.
AND they had the audacity to ask me to rate their service, which they’ll soon regret.

I’d never heard of Beauty Scent before and was dubious. I needn’t have been, my product arrived in record time, fully intact.

Very disappointed that this company have not responded to my emails. Hubby purchased a Nuxe oil gift set as a Christmas present for me. I have used Nuxe oil for years and this product just smelt of cooking oil. I complained and they asked me to return and they would test it. I did this early January and have heard nothing in spite of them receiving the product back. I have sent 3 emails, no reply, not even their standard email stating they will respond within 48 to 72 hours. I did my own research and the item is genuine but over 3 years old according to the batch number. Shocking customer service. Avoid this company unless you happy to throw your money away

I’m very disappointed with the service . I cancelled my order #BS112332S on 4th of January 2026. However, I still haven’t received refund. I have tried to contact customer service( more then 5 email I’ve sent), but the issue remains unresolved. It has been two weeks and my money are still missing. I strongly advise being cautious when ordering from this site.
Please process my refund immediately.

Bought two candles and one arrived broken emailed customer services on 31/12/2026 and heard nothing back yet - very disappointing so wouldnt order again from them

Received very dirty Maroccan oil shampoo and conditioner. This is probably a very old product expired. I wish I could post a photo here.

If I could rate it a zero I would do so.
Ordered a perfume set as a Christmas present on 7th December. Apparently lost in the post. I rung 3 times to get it resolved. First 2 calls I got told they had sent it again for me and I’d get a new tracking number. That never happened. Rung up a 3rd/4th time and got told no notes on file to say this had happened even though the previous agents had said it was put on there in case a had to call back.

Had enough and asked for a refund. That was 8 working days ago and still waiting for the refund. I would avoid this website company at all costs as the way they deal with issues is very poor.

Placed an order with this company for 2 perfume gift sets. Order was despatched extremely quickly so can't fault them there. Whether the items were any good or not I guess I will never know, as I did not receive them. Seems they were lost by Royal mail. Contacted customer services and received a response within a day or 2 advising me to wait 10 days.
After 10 days contacted them again was told they would investigate with royal mail and get back to me. That was the last I heard from them, despite me sending further emails requesting an update. I'm only glad I payed via PayPal so was able to request a refund through them, which was received instantly.
I love perfume and was hoping I'd found a new place to shop but unfortunately will be the 1st and last time using this company.
Terrible way to run a business.

I ordered a perfume as a gift, and it arrived on time. However, the box was dirty and slightly torn, making it completely unsuitable to give as a present. I contacted Beauty Scent as soon as I opened the package. I was kept on hold for 43 minutes and eventually had to hang up the phone. I tried again on another day and waited for 30 minutes without getting through.

I then used their messaging service, where I was asked to send photographs of the damaged box, which I did. I received an email saying someone would get back to me, but two weeks later, despite following up, I am still awaiting a response. Their customer service is appalling.
