I just finished my Level 3 Beauty therapy course, and what I can say is: Definitely was one of my best course I have Done! I wish I could have done here my level 2 instead but in that time I was still in my Country. Why I'm saying this? Because in London Beauty school I found professionality, organization , I didn't have different teacher for every each subject like in My Country use to have, but here I have only 1 teacher for all the program I have learned and I found it excellent Belgin was one of the best I could have good in teaching, explain all lessons in the more simple way to keep all in our mind, especially with Anatomy and Physiology. Classroom always cleaned, products, tools, floor, I met beautiful people, I really high recommend this school 5 stars definitely 👍🏻

My daughter attended a course at this business. She had high aspirations, was a good student. Eager, soaked up any information given from lessons. The course was expensive, however we had high hopes.

This is not a school, the staff do not see it that way. They clearly have invested their resources in marketing that provides high visibility, they certainly do not trade off of a good reputation . The staff are good at admin, with a very aggressive and arrogant style. The teaching was disjointed, lacking professionalism, The students were treated as cash cows to be churned through. While the staff infighting proceeded around them. I was able to observe this one day during an exam that I modelled for. They could not even bother to treat the family and friends supporting the students on their exam day with dignity. This was collectively visible.

The problem other than the fact it is run by awful characters. Is that it is so hard to find both a good school with proficient teaching and potential to achieve high calibre qualifications. Although the schools that I have come across and certainly now have experience with charge students as if they were a high quality school. The staff have lied, denied, bullied. Notfollowed ethical codes and basic duty of care, expected of a school. Teaching appalling and inadequate.

It’s a real shame, if the staff and owners could remember that they are dealing with people not figures on the balance sheet that would be a start. However, unless there was a change in management it would be hard to make any real difference to standards for the better. This school dishonours the reputation of a highly sought and considered qualification, also excellent students that are ready to be ambassadors of the school and of the qualification.

Highly disappointing, a missed opportunity by the school who don’t respect their students, or their own reputation.

If anyone is considering this business then think again. Do not invest anything but the minimum and if asking questions make them write down the answers in an email response for everything. Track, record and gather evidence every step of the way as you’ll probably need it.

If I could I would give them 0 rating. Avoid at all cost to avoid loosing your money there, because to get the money back is impossible. The girl from group still haven't received the money after the rest of the course been cancelled -it has been a year already !!!! .
If you there and pay cash for a set of brushes etc REQUEST them for a receipt because once your course will finish they will be saying you haven't paid for this or another.
Managers are disgrace as well as all office team - no costumer service, appalling,lying and literally taking a p**** out of people who pay big money to get a qualification.
Also , no certificates or acknowledgement paper that you attended the course , on Google reviews if one of the pupils will give a a bad review they will say that you never been at the academy and they can't recall having you on their list . How convenient!

Hello everyone, my name is Mileidys and I was lucky to have Trisha as a tutor, the best teacher on the planet in the Cidesco course. Cidesco is a very intense course because you need a teacher with experience and a professional and at the same time flexible vocabulary that people like Since English is my third language, we can understand. When I say that it is the best on the planet, it can be heard very loudly, because their knowledge is not very far away, their way of teaching is another level, my professional level changed from the moment I did Cidesco. course with Trish, Trisha for me you are and will be the best tutor, boys and girls who want to have a high professional level I recommend 100% my adorable tutor, rigorous but worth it.

Carol was brilliant, she’s clearly so experienced and knowledgeable, I found her teaching style easy to understand and informative. I would really recommend this course.

Waste of money

The course was disappointing and the teacher Carol was unprofessional and disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Awful college, they will rip you off! Wasted good money on a course that didn't deliver the basic requirements listed. Response to my complaint was full of lies. Anyone wanting to learn, please avoid this college at all costs. Unprofessional at best and dangerous at worst. Made worse by the fact they weren't willing to admit their faults and rectify them accordingly. Complete cowboys!

Poor customer service. Terrible school, lack of communication. Ripped off completely, paid £1000 for a course where the teacher turned up late, hungover and sent everyone home early because she had 'food poisoning'

Do not visit this school, do not pay them any money unless you want to pay to learn how to go home early and make excuses.

I have tried communicating with the school for a refund, i get hung up on, no replies to emails and they keep blocking me from facebook.
