Great quality sheets and v good customer service - thank you. I will order again.

Great service and good quality. Although they didn't have what I ordered, they emailed me straight away and offered me an acceptable alternative. I received my sheet the next day as well as the partial refund

I have had no problem with Bedlinen Direct as to delivery of the product I am just extremely disappointed, and angry, about the quality of the sheets from Belledorm. After investing £75 and three extensive washes later the sheets are still unbearable to sleep on, scratchy and hard. This is not Bedlinen Directs fault but the cost of this disaster is now a write off as you can’t possible know the sheets will be like this until after you have used them. There is no way I can see either of informing Belledorm of their grossly substandard linen. 4 stars for Bedlinen Direct as they themselves are ok, just wish I hadn’t bought the sheets they had.

I would love to say that my order is high quality, but sadly, despite ordering a duvet over two weeks ago, I still haven't recieved it. Customer service, although polite, are not particularly helpful and don't seem to be chasing the order, the courier or offering any alternative. I requested a refund and that was refused. So now I'm stuck in limbo without a product that I desperately need. I ordered from this company based on the good reviews and now I'm regretting it.

Hotel Suite Dual Layer Mattress Topper

So comfortable we got a second, fast delivery, only pointer would be great to able to track the delivery.

The toppers were reasonably well packaged.
Have used for the past four nights and it has made a too firm bed more comfortable.

I suggest placing an old duvet on top of the topper before placing one's bedsheet to give it more comfort and longevity.

I ordered tw white fitted bed sheets for my 7feet x 6feet bed. I had previously ordered the same sheets from this company in 2017. The product was exactly what I ordered and fits well. It took a couple of weeks longer than I thought for them to arrive, but I have no complaints at all. I can only recommend this firm. Excellent.

We were looking for 2’6” singles for a new rise and recline bed. Ordered two sheets and two mattress toppers, both coolmax. Had to chase up delivery but Samantha was extremely helpful and expedited a quick delivery. Quality of the sheets was excellent. Will definitely use again!

Our duvet took longer to arrive than initially indicated and communication was lacking to the point where we thought we might have been scammed. Suddenly the duvet arrived and we are really pleased with it. The quality is great and the option to have different tog ratings on either side suits us perfectly. This would have been a five star review if communication was better!

I actually ended up not buying from this company , as after making payment for mu item, they emailed me to say it was out of stock.
Most companies that I ve shopped from,do actually specify, at the time of ordering that item is out of stock and don’t actually take your money for the unavailable item!?!
So they had to give me a full refund.

Sheets are cotton jersey needed for adjustable beds.
Have always had finest quality woven sheets before but these feel good and have washed well

Absolutely first class. We had an issue with the delivery which was no fault at all of Bedlinen direct but they sorted everything.

Order a set of pillow cases from company website, paid for product

Received a email asking for additional payment for postage after sales completed in direct contradiction to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2

With the amount of scams out there why would any respectfully company ask to send the customer a link to make additional payment After making my concerns felt company did not take responsibility and fulfil order, but at least they did refund original payment poor show

11 days on and multiple promises of delivery from DPD and my £300 order is nowhere to be seen this despite multiple "pre -delivery" notifications No support from BedLinen Direct -it seems its my problem

OK...the response below is a "cut and paste"sent to yet another complainant? and not in any way connected to my own complaint .These people will not speak to you and leave you in limbo. Avoid

Really poor customer engagement and has the audacity to complain about a factual review
Goods arrived in battered parcel 12 days later.
