Bed cheaply made, drawers don’t line up, one wheel broken, bed clasps too big, the felt underneath does not line up with the frame, huge gaps everywhere and the headboard does not line up with the bed. Ok I called them and told them what was wrong and they said take a photo and send it to them. We all learn by our mistakes. Never again. I have gone to another company and what a difference.

I ordered a triple bunk bed on the 14th of September. Despite saying it will be delivered within 6-12 days, it took 6 weeks to arrive. I would phone daily, sit on hold for over an hour until the phone cut off. I would email regularly to get an update and was only told there was a delay from the supplier. I was fed excuses after excuses and was offered a financial compensation for the inconvenience but this was never processed. I finally got a delivery date but no phone call all day to give me a time. So after sitting in all day waiting, the bed turned up at 6.30pm! Upon putting it together there was several pieces damaged, including paint chipped off both drawer fronts. I sent emails with pictures of the damage. Again, no response for more than a week. After kicking up a fuss about the damage a manager finally phoned me and assured me I would get replacement parts within 2 weeks. I asked for compensation as the quality and condition of the bed was so poor. He offered me a £40 refund. However, surprise surprise...I still have not received the replacement drawers. I continue to chase them up for the replacement pieces but have no confidence they will actually reply or send me the parts. The quality of the bed is not great, certainly not £350 worth, but their customer service is absolutely disgraceful. I would advise against purchasing from this company unless you have the energy to chase them up for anything and everything. Also, be sure to check out their other TrustPilot review page of 2 stars, which appears to be a more accurate reflection on the company's performance.

I ordered a matrass. The matrass is very good. But I must also say I was extremely satisfied with the delivery service. Maybe it is because I paid extra 40 pounds for the weekend delivery. But they delivered it extremely quick

Ordered our beds from Natalie at Dudley store on 31st October, on Saturday 14th they were delivered all in one piece and exactly what we ordered apart from the wrong headboard, after reading the reviews I had to say I was worried, but the experience was superb from start to finish, I now have 2 extremely happy 2 teenage girls happy with their new beds, I shall definitely use again, as they’re half the price of Dreams!!!!

Great bed. Wonderful price. Easy to put together. If it hadnt been over the original delivery window I would have given 5 stars. Had to look up instructions but really easy to do once I know how. Single woman managed to put together on my own. Looks just like the pictures. Drawers well protected so they can't open in transit. Very happy with my purchase.

Had a bed delivered today as always good quality. Would recommend this company. Five stars for the driver called Johnny as I'm on crutches he placed the bed in the hall for me. Wish more companies were like this. Thank you Bedworld

My honest experience with Bedworld...

I ordered a bed last Wednesday and it arrived yesterday (Tuesday afternoon) - all in all 6 days to deliver which I think it quite fast especially as we are in a lockdown.

However, this was the only positive aspect of the order. I received no call, message, email to let me know when they were going to deliver. It was VERY lucky that I happened to be home during the time of the delivery as I was supposed to be out. I was totally taken by surprise when the delivery man rung the bell. Therefore I had to quickly scramble about moving my current bed and furniture to make room for the new bed. The delivery man didn't help much to bring in the parts, my boyfriend mostly did this alone. He then asked if I would like him to assemble the bed but he would charge me 50 pounds. I declined.

Bed Review:
- Incorrect headboard received (although I didn't mind it, it just was not the one I had chosen, correct colour however)
- Incorrect feet received (was meant to get short chrome feet but instead received taller dark wooden feet) - again I didn't mind them, but they have increased the height of my bed quite considerably so dogs are now unable to climb on by themselves which is a pain)
- Black scuff on the side of the bed frame - very unsightly
- The headboard was packaged with tape actually touching the velvet headboard so it removed some of the velvet when removing it - there are a few rough patches on the headboard now (they're not TOO noticeable but still far from ideal).

- NO INSTRUCTIONS - I have never owned a divan bed before, so I had no idea on how to build it. There are no instructions on their website either. Luckily my boyfriend figured out how to build it -without him it would still not be made.

I don't know if I can even be bothered to complain to the company about the above issues as from the past reviews it seems that the responses are lacking and there is little hope I will get any kind of compensation. I wish I had come on here before ordering from them and hopefully this review will help others with their decision to purchase a bed from this company.

i gave an awful review for a mattress as the padding on the sides wasnt as thick as on the photo ... but several months later... this has had no adverse effects on the mattresses quality it was a series 2000 mayfair pocketsprung memory foam deluxe.4'6 mattress and to be fair to bedworld this has turned out to be a lovely comfortable mattress and was cheaper than anywhere else... so i am very happy with my purchase

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. We've had nothing but agro with them since March & only finally resolved today 8 months later. Faulty items delivered, no response to any of my emails until I got CAB involved, although it took 2 letters from them for Bedworld to respond to me. Shocking customer service provided, as they ignored so many of my emails. Goods are cheap and nasty. Our divan collapsed after 5 months. Pay extra and deal with a decent company please.....

Do not purchase from bedworld. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. We among many others have paid for goods that haven't been delivered and no sign of a refund!

Do yourself a favour unless you enjoy being conned

My eldey Mums flat., We had so many steep stairs and although he acknowledged this he remained professional and managed the delivery with minimal assistance, good sence of humour, his temperament remaining calm! I can't praise Bedworld enough. Especially the driver who delivered my mattress. I live in Pittenweem and on the day of delivery there was an extremely high wind. He called me to say he was 5mins away but his high sided van was struggling and the road was closed due to the weather. He waited for the block to be lifted and at risk to his own safety he delivered my bed. I don't know his name but my order number was 139897. We need more like this young man.

pretty shocking quality and awful customer service I would avoid at all cost

I WOULD GIVE MINUS STARS IF I COULD. I ORDERED A DIVAN BASE FOR MY 83 YEAR OLD AUNTIE ON 30/09/2020. DUE TO BE DELIVERED 12/10/2020. I RANG BEDWORLD AROUND 20th OCTOBER TO BE TOLD IT HADNT EVEN BEEN SENT OUT. THE LADY ARRANGED FOR THE BASE TO BE SENT ON THE 27th. THE DRIVER WAS LOVELY AND HELPED MY GRANDDAUGHTER AND I TO MOVE THE OLD BED FROM THE BEDROOM. WHEN WE TRIED TO PUT THE WHEELS IN THE BED 2 WERE FAULTY. I SENT PHOTOGRAPHS EXPLAINING HOW THE HOUSING FOR THE WHEELS HAD COME OUT COMPLETE WITH SPLINTERS. I RANG UP THE NEXT MORNING AND EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND WAS TOLD A REPLACEMENT WOULD BE SENT WHEN THE VAN WAS NEXT IN THE AREA. THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR AN 83 YEAR OLD DISABLED LADY. WE MADE THE MATTRESS UP ON THE FLOOR BUT SHE COULDN'T GET UP ON HER OWN. MY AUNTIE HAS SPENT 6 NIGHTS SLEEPING IN A CHAIR!! DEFINITELY NOT THE CUSTOMER CARE THAT IS EXPECTED! AT 20 MINUTES TO 6 TONIGHT THE DRIVER TURNED UP! I EXPLAINED HE WOULD NEED TO HELP ME GET THE BED TO MY AUNTIES, WHICH IS IN A SHELTERED ACCOMMODATION BLOCK OF APARTMENTS. HE ASKED IF HE WAS ALSO COLLECTING A BED TO RETURN. I SAID YES HE SAID HE HAS TO PICK IT UP FROM THE DOOR!! I AM ALSO DISABLED. I ASKED IF HE WOULD JUST WAIT WHILE I CHECKED THE WHEELS. HE SAID IT WASN'T PART OF HIS JOB DESCRIPTION. I EXPLAINED THIS WAS THE REASON WHY I WAS RETURNING A BED. HE SAID IT WAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HIM. I TRIED TO GET THE 1ST WHEEL IN AND IT WOULDN'T BUDGE, ALL THIS TIME HE WAS WITTERING ABOUT HOW HE FINISHED AT 7pm AND HAD MORE DELIVERIES. I SAID THIS WOULD HAVE TO GO BACK AS WELL AS THE WHEELS WOULDN'T FIT. HE THEN TOLD ME TO HIT IT WITH A HAMMER. WHY WOULD MY 83 YEAR OLD AUNTIE NEED A HAMMER. I KNOW THE WHEELS SHOULD BE PUSH IN! HE ALSO GAVE ME THE WRONG PAPERWORK. THIS BROKE THE DATA PROTECTION ACT. THE LADY LIVES IN RUNCORN. WHEN I TOLD HIM THIS HE HAD NOT HEARD OF THE DATA PROTECTION ACT AND JUST LAUGHED. HE TOLD ME HE COULDN'T RETURN 2 BEDS. I TOLD HIM THE NEW BED WAS FAULTY AND HE LAUGHED AGAIN AND SAID HE WAS ONLY DELIVERING IT. HE WORE NO PPE. I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! WE NOW HAVE 2 BEDS IN A SMALL APARTMENT. HE LEFT ME A LEAFLET FROM BEDWORLD ASKING FOR A POSITIVE REVIEW SO THE DRIVER COULD GET A SMALL BONUS!! THE ONLY THING THIS DRIVER DESERVES IS HIS P45.
DON'T BOTHER WITH BEDWORLD. THE SERVICE IS MORE LIKE A DISSERVICE!!

Terrible service , promised delivery then never turned up the had to wait nearly another week :/ I asked when it would be redelivered and they just kept saying they will call the day before it arrives ... very rude staff :- when it arrived it was not good quality

We have just received our new ottoman bed and mattress for our spare room. OMG the quality is amazing. We have now ordered a new bed for our bedroom thankyou bedworld xx

As a customer, I have been treated with the utmost disrespect. This company should not be taken seriously and don't believe anything you are told by their customer service.
I ordered a bed more than 30 days ago and despite having paid for weekend delivery and having consistently contacted customer service, have not even received an estimated delivery date.
They were quick to take the money from my account and since then have made little to no effort whatsoever to deliver the item that I had purchased.
This website isn't the least bit trustworthy and I strongly advise everybody to refrain from purchasing items from their online store.
Their customer service was semi-responsive but absolutely useless in the information they provided. When asked perfectly reasonable questions such as "When will my order be delivered?", they were unable to provide any information and the information that they did provide was false.
An absolute joke of a company, I have reported them to Trading Standards and will continue to pursue further measures until I am compensated for the immense waste of time and nerves this company has cost me.

I bought a bed from this company
10 months later there is a dip on either side of the £500 mattress. It says 12 months guarantee however I was ignored and couldn’t get hold of anyone. I now have to buy a new mattress. Don’t bother buying cheap rubbish.

Ordered new bed due to back operation recovery. I had old bed removed this morning waiting on delivery this afternoon. When it came it was one man. He phoned me and told me to come outside and collect bed and mattress. He sat in van and over the phone told me he couldn't bring it to my door. When I explained that I physically couldnt manage such a weight he ended call and sped off. I hope these people don't deal with pensioners or disadvantaged people again. Myself I'll be on sofa tonight even tho I shouldn't and don't know what I'm going to do now regarding getting a bed asap
