I’ve never experienced anything as bad as this company in my life. They are a disgrace. Do yourself a favour and buy your beer anywhere else.

Keep your money or buy elsewhere ordered one back in October come January no goods and no response from beershark ..lucky I'd paid thru Klarna and they credited my money back

Paid money and received nothing. whoever is posting good reviews is misleading others. Dont trust this company they are true sharks or thieves to use the correct term. I hope they burn in hell

Placed order in October have tried ringing several times - no answer. Emailed several times no response. Have these gone bust? Don’t give them your money!

Don’t send these people any money, they are a bunch of thieves. Paid money and despite reassurances about delayed delivery, have now disappeared with my money. Trying to get the money back through my bank. However, the bank are arguing should have claimed within 120 days. How are you supposed to do that when you keep accepting delay promises. I might give Virgin Money 1 star too.

Ordered two BIRRA MORETTI STARTER BUNDLE. Never arrived - Tried to contact Beershark - No response by email or telephone. Ended up requesting a chargeback from my bank.

Avoid this company at all costs, bought a blade from them last February I’ve spent the last 2 months chasing them via phone and email with not even one reply. The machine is still under warranty and they are ignoring me. Unbelievably bad service

If I could give zero I would! What a shambles. Ordered my blade in July to be delivered end of September. Email advised delay beginning of October but nothing since. Tried chargeback but needed to be claimed within 120 days which has long passed. Disgusted and £500 out of pocket 😢. Thought I would deal with a UK business but obviously a big mistake. Shame on you!

I ordered a 5l keg on 26/12/21 the order was confirmed very quickly but that's it. I have had no other information since not even after I have sent 2 emails asking for updates, it's now 11/1/22. I'm sure by now I would have herd something.

Terrible company to deal with ordered a blade machine bundle in September to be delivered end of October. Nothing came . As many others phone calls ,letters, and emails no answer.
Can't believe they can get away with it. Finally got refunded. By charge back with my bank don't use this company scammers

I was given so many updates as to where the package was, when it was dispatched, on route and delivered. Very happy
