Super quick delivery. So much choice on website. Would definitely recommend and I’d purchase from the company again.

I ordered some Skechers online for my husband - first time ordering from Begg shoes. Competitive pricing, free delivery, and they offered half sizes which I needed and some other retailers didn't stock. I didn't have to wait long for the delivery and there was even a personal note in the order thanking us for supporting an independent business. Would definitely use again

Emma at the Perth store was incredibly helpful and patient. I managed to find two pairs of sandals (one had to be posted out to me) that could take my orthotics and a pair of trainers. Emma took time to understand my feet issues and brought out an array of footwear for me to try. The pair that arrived by post, arrived quickly and fit really well. Fabulous service.

I needed a pair of hiking shoes and saw something in the window. When I asked to try them on in my size Kali went to look and brought out 5 boxes. The shoe I asked for they didn’t have in my size in that colour but they had other types. I bought a pair that fit better than the one I was looking at. They feel great. Thank you.

The shoes I ordered were exactly as I wanted,perfect fitand excellent quality. They arrived well packed within a week of my order. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order too .The really nice thing was the hand written note from Abby thanking me for my order 😀

My wife has recently ordered 2 pair of shoes from Begg on separate occasions. The customer experience from online ordering to delivery has been excellent. We were informed of the delivery dates and they were promptly received. My wife is very pleased with her shoes and will order from Begg again.

Easy to navigate shoes, very good quality shoes, competitive price.
And delivered quickly, will definateley visit their onsite store in future.

1) Order came fast but the box was damaged and the tissue paper very crumpled. This is not acceptable for £95 shoes. Begg Shoes blamed Royal Mail unfairly as they dispatched in a bag and actually the tissue paper was dog-eared, which of course was inside the box! Begg Shoes initially wouldn't do a partially refund but I pointed out to them that the contract on their website states the customer loses £7 if the box is returned in a poor condition and this ought to work both ways! After much back and forth Begg Shoes finally agreed to the mere £7 refund.

2) The shoes were too big. I had spent a good few days trying to work out what the problem was as I always wear Legero size 6. After liaising with Legero themselves I found out that at the end of 2025 their sizing changed and my old Legero Tanaro model shoes were all Tanaro 4, not the new Tanaro 5. I emailed for help regarding getting the smaller size, explaining with photos, and due to the urgency waiting for email replies, I called up and spoke with Nikki, who was very helpful. I asked her to let me know some measurements having placed the new size 5.5 order before calling, but then called back and changed it to a size 5. Nikki said they would send out the 5 instead of the 5.5. However, a couple of days later I got an email from Begg Shoes saying "I am writing to inform you that you we have decided to not ship your order xxxxxx - your refund will be processed within 5 working days. You may return your order xxxxxx for a refund as per our earlier communication. Regrettably, we are also unable to assist with any future orders from you." So I was livid as the problems were their end and therefore I got the Director involved, offering a phone call with him, but he ended his email "As we are concluding our business relationship here, I will not be scheduling a call with you this afternoon. Given the difficulties you experienced with the packaging and sizing, I recommend shopping with a local retailer in the future whenever possible. Having the chance to inspect before purchasing will likely provide you with a much better experience." This is not how a Director behaves and I wrote back saying as much, getting no reply and having to wait for my refund after sending back the initial pair of shoes. Of course, the Director has not replied or apologised.

3) I have now got another Legero pair of shoes from my local supplier, who gave outstanding service. I had just wanted to order online due to an injury. ***I now request under GDPR Law that Begg Shoes deletes all my personal information that they or their third parties hold.***

Excellent help and advice. When selected shoe was found to have a stain another pair was ordered and received promptly. Service which is not found very often! Thank you Joanne.

It’s so lovely to know that I’m supporting a local family business. It’s also nice to say that the service was impeccable from start to finish. Delivery came on the due day and unlike other companies, there was no delivery charge.
I will certainly be using Begg shoes again, and I highly recommend them.
