Helpful advice and lovely customer service over the phone

Received my boots promptly and they were able to offer an NHS discount which the manufacturer of the boots does not

Lovely product. Delivery monitored all the way through. Delivered within the week as promised. Included a personal thank you note and everything necessary to return the shoes should I wish to - I don't!

I ordered these Remonte zigzip navy trainers because the description says wide fit g. There is no way that's are a g fit. I'm going to keep them because hoping they’ll give but has put me off ordering from this website again because of accuracy of description

We were on holiday near Inverurie, and 'found' their store, and what a delight! Excellent window display, great layout, welcoming very knowledgable staff (Madge), great choice and excellent prices!!! It was a pure delight to find an independent shoe shop which really knows their business. We will be using their new shop in Market Harborough as it's much closer to home! Thank you so much.

Delivered on time nicely packaged. Didn't need to return it, but I could see there were labels etc included to make that easy.

Begg had the colour walking sandals I wanted & said they would deliver between 2 & 4 days ; and they did!
The shipping was free too!
And thre was a nice little personal note in with the shoes ( as well as all instructions re: return , should the sandals not be o.k. for me.

I was looking for a pair of wide-fitting shoes and was recommended to try Legero ,a brand I hadn’t heard of. They seem comfortable and wide enough. Thanks to Emma for excellent service.

Speedy delivery and easy-looking returns which won’t be necessary as the shoes actually fit my big feet and are waterproof into the bargain. Great to be able to use a decent family firm with branches in lovely well remembered places like Inverurie and Elgin.

I ordered a pair of Lowa hiking shoes early hours on the Saturday and Royal Mail delivered them 48 hours later all the way from Inverness,Scotland ( I live in Bucks,UK ) ! Delivery was free and the shoes are perfect in every way. With the shoes came easy information on how to send returns , a proper invoice and a hand written note to say thank you and hope the new shoes are loved. I had never heard of Begg Shoes before and would highly recommended this family run business ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Like my Skechers sandals, especially the colour. Skechers come bigger for size, so I order a size smaller which fits perfectly. Delivery as promised and free returns are available if required. I think the price I paid is a bit too high, however I needed a pair of these sandals and I found what I wanted

I really would like to compliment you on your excellent business. I ordered a pair of shoes which unfortunately were not quite the right fit, so they had to go back. But there was no hassle and my money was refunded very quickly. As a result of this experience, I ordered another pair which came just as quickly and were just perfect. I have always been suspicious of buying shoes on line, but this is so easy and the quality is also excellent. I shall be back for more!

Found some trainers that I wanted for less than the brand's website. Ordered and was delivered within 3 days.
Great that they also include a returns label just in case.

This is a great company, with superb company service. My shoes were delivered very quickly and I liked the accompanying hand written note. With so much poor administration and woeful service now, this company was a wonderful example of how things used to be!
