I've always had a mostly good experience here. They're quick and efficient and will help you out with anything, seeing it through to the end.
Sometimes you do have to check up again (if they haven't gotten back to you in over a business day).

I have always had such an incredible experience at Beginning Boutique with their products and cannot recommend enough. I am leaving this review specifically because I had ordered a dress that was so beautiful but just did not fit my body type right given the way the neck design was and requested assistance with a refund. Their US representative was incredibly helpful, calling me back within 20 minutes and refunding me for the purchase. I have never had such a smooth and helpful customer service experience as I've had here. I will continue to shop here as their product quality and customer service is top notch. HIGHLY recommend!! I had kind of a rough time figuring out some stuff with returns, being that I'm from the US, and they were nothing but accommodating and helpful with any issues I had. Extremely happy with their customer service and the quality of items. Truly a company that cares about its customers and will go to the lengths to make sure they are satisfied. I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address and Michelle was outstanding answered right away and fixed it for me.

Best customer service. I accidently put in the wrong delivery details for my order and they got back to me straight away with no issues and were more then happy to fix it. I had another issue with sizing and Nicole was more then happy to help me out and fix the issue with my order. Definitely will continue to shop at BB :)

Do not order from here!!! I have had to deal with ridiculous import payments and overly priced shipping, I ordered a while ago for a special occasion and returned the items as I did not want them anymore. They give UK customers 20 days for the items to be returned back to their wharehouse. This does not mean 20 days to return them which is unbelievable as it takes about 2 weeks to be sent back so realistically you have about a 2 day return window!!!! So I was stuck with store credit which I did not want at all, I understand it’s the returns policy, however it is an outrage! I have never experienced such an unreasonable returns policy. On top off this I have used the store credit to order some really stunning clothes, yet completely unaware that on top of the shipping cost of £17, I am being charged £71 in import costs. I am stressed and frustrated as in no way can I afford this! After looking at some of the reviews on here and noticing people having the same problem I am annoyed I didn’t look sooner as I am without the clothes I wanted and potentially having to leave a lot of money I wanted to spend on clothes as store credit. I was advised by them to contact DHL to sort this out myself but If the same happens to me as it has with other people It seems DHL won’t be getting back to me anytime soon. Having to pay around £60 on top of the original order just for delivery costs and return cost. That is not including the potential return cost I have to pay once I decline the import shipment and send my order back. For about a month I have been stressed out just from wanting to order 2 dresses, I’ve ended up alot of money down and without no clothes from here. It’s really upsetting as their clothes are truly stunning just not worth all the additional costs and inconvenience!

I placed a big order from BB. Loved the pieces but had to return some items. On the site, it says you have to ask for a refund because their default method is gift card credit. I made the mistake of not specifying that I wanted a refund so I contacted customer service and they fixed it, very fast with no questions asked. I paid with Afterpay and they didn’t refund me the full amount so I contacted BB customer service again and they fixed it super quick again! The girls exchanged emails with me were super sweet and helpful. I would continue to buy from this business!

I also made the mistake of trusting their descriptions and photos. When I received the 6 shirts I ordered, they were of poor quality/fit. They were described as sweatshirts but they are more like a knit fabric that is cheap and shiny. The only one that was ok had a rubbery applique. all I wanted to do is to make a return Each time I contacted the company, I would be told an excuse and to be patient.i did investigation about their service working number fro customer service and i found this number which is NINE one nine Nine Three nine two5four four my attempt was successful I was able to get in touch with the company they were very polite and nice in helping to get the return details on my orde !!! After receiving a oddly sized item, I reached out to customer service for some help. They responded in under 5 minutes and quickly put me through the exchange process to ensure quality control! I was informed every set of the way of what was happening & they were an absolute delight to deal with! The shipping was really fast & I love both the items I received. Would definitely recommend ordering through this company.

I ordered size 6 as I’m a XS and measuring 1m65 and really thin.

I saw in every picture and the information about the model who was 1m75 size 6. All the dresses are impossible to even get in and I’m really thin. I’m living in Switzerland and I already pay the shipment 20$ and the taxes 40$. I thought that i was safe with size 6 but not at all.

I always bought clothes in Australia sizes like saboskirt etc .. and never had any problem with no other brand, but yours the size is for 10 years old girls.

It’s really a scandal and I will never recommend your site to anyone and never again will I buy clothes from you guys!!
