Behance support closed my ticket as "Solved" without answering a single question. I asked why my projects receive zero impressions on their platform for years - no explanation was given. Instead of addressing the issue, the representative simply closed the case. This is manipulative and unacceptable customer service. I am complaining about the representative named Kat.

As a professional designer who has used Adobe for over two decades, I opt for a Behance Pro. However, this is worse than Fiverr. An absolutely awful platform, as it was developed by someone who doesn't have a clue about the creative industry. Bad interface, no standardisation, fake "clients", cheap project requests, irrelevant briefs, ghosting, no responsibility whatsoever - a complete waste of time and a money rip-off. No way to get a refund!

I found people to do a job, but when it came to making a payment their system is bugged out. Running my card got flagged by my bank, and after approving the transaction Behance wouldn't let me run the card again. Running a different card did the same thing. It's been 7 days and still there's no response or confirmation of the support ticket. Now we have to handle things off platform.

Ich habe den Kundenservice per E-Mail kontaktiert, aber erst nach einem Monat eine Antwort erhalten. In der Nutzungsvereinbarung steht angeblich, dass behance.net
für keinerlei Probleme zwischen den Parteien verantwortlich ist – einschließlich Betrug – und dass ausschließlich die beteiligten Personen dafür haften.

Ich habe dieser Seite vertraut, weil sie unter dem Dach von Adobe steht, und habe deshalb mein Geld überwiesen. Lassen Sie sich nicht davon täuschen, dass auf der Website ADOBE steht – Adobe interessiert sich offenbar nur für die Einnahmen aus den Transaktionen.

Nach wochenlangem Kampf habe ich mein Geld nur deshalb zurückbekommen, weil ich mit PayPal bezahlt habe.

Pésimo y una estafa, Victelio Rojas, quien se ostenta como diseñador en esta página, me extorsiona, los contacté via facebook, pedí un trabajo para mí empresa y me pidió incluir a Jennifer Vega, en el momento que les di los datos dei negocio, me dejaron opiniones negativas en Google y malas reseñas en otros sitios web, pidiendo como si fuera gracioso dinero para eliminarlo, tengan cuidado con este estafador

Honestly still a great resource for inspiration as a designer. Though, as others have pointed out, a lot can be improved. For me, the biggest obstacle is the simplicity of the moodboards.

Behance should allow a more usable interface that manages multiple boards. Like sub-boards with boards perhaps, and at the very least, the ability to archive boards that are no longer relevant, but may be in the future.

Ik heb een heel portfolio gemaakt en alles ging goed totdat ik het project had bijgewerkt (dus opslaan ga ik vanuit want er is verder ook geen "opslaan" knop) en toen heb ik afgesloten en was al m'n werk weg. Dus helemaal opnieuw begonnen en weer hetzelfde. Heb alles geprobeerd maar niks werkt. Snap ook niet dat dit programma kan blijven bestaan als ik naar de reviews kijk.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this one's been brewing for years. Behance is Adobe's long forgotten project that they don't care about. The UI is terrible, both when using the website itself and when uploading new projects. The endless effin' scrolling, man. When contacting support about a glitch (changing the thumbnail picture by reordering the photos in the project is not updating), they ask for QA-level answers and screenshots as if I'd work for them, to reproduce the bug. Sure, let me make you a coffee, too. Who's Behance still worth it for? Even deviantArt is better after all these years...

They knowingly allow scammers to remain on their website. Despite multiple reports and clear awareness, they refuse to remove these fraudulent profiles or take any meaningful action. Utterly shameful.

Worst experience ever. As a customer you don't have any warranty. I paid 50% in advance for a project via Behance PRO and the guy never reached me back. I have no chance to apply for a refund, that's CRAZY!!!

I have a pro account, and it’s been the worst money I've ever spent! My account is full of bugs that prevent me from modifying my projects, and customer support is not responding. Additionally, some of my projects are set to "private," making them invisible to potential clients.

How is it possible that Behance provides the possibility to hire freelancers but if in case we have hundreds of people who applied sets something like a message limitation?!?! How shall we hire them if we are not allowed to respond?!?
A ticket has been opened. Since yesterday morning (now its already today evening, means almost 2 working days passed) and nothing happened until now. No response from the user helpdesk. Ticket ID is #883492

Now it got EVEN WORSE that all tickets which I open are immediately getting closed as "solved" WITHOUT even a comment. BEHANCE SERIOUSLY GHOSTED ME.

How ridicoulous is that?!?!

Fifteen days on chat and it seemed a difficult transaction about my account. I supposed my problem might be not on the end but , thanks to Charlie help, it's over finally.

worst website ever for designing overlays for twitch.

This site is quite good. I have my main portfolio there since 2021. The site is easy to use and works well

Uploading Images won't work.
Creating projects won't work.
Waste of time.
Another Adobe failure.

Behance does not verify the submitted designs, I found logos designed by me on this site that are stolen by some designer name: fahin ahmed, and take it as their own.
Therefore, until this site checks the presented designs, it will not be a reliable site. Do not trust the designs presented on this site, they may be stolen.

Mi arrivano giornalmente notifiche di progetti consigliati e aggiornamenti dell'app, ma quando una persona mi ha scritto per collaborare con me Behance non mi ha inviato alcuna notifica, facendomi perdere il cliente. Se non siete in grado di gestire la funzione di messaggistica eliminatela!
