The first order I placed was delivered in a timely manner. I’m not sure how effective the product was. The second order I placed to give them another shot, I was charged, given a tracking number saying a label was created, but the product was never shipped. After contacting them, I was told to basically trust the process. After waiting the maximum time they told me to wait, I inquired again. Customer service was friendly and responded quickly, but with excuses, apologies and explanations, I was asked for my Venmo info and told I would receive a full refund because of issues with their shipping/ordering process and staffing. I never received my refund. Each email is met with another professional sounding apology, excuse, and promise to refund, but nothing…I don’t expect to receive any refund or further communication. I wouldn’t trust them.

Honestly- the checkout process is a little buggy and definitely not for the faint of heart. Despite this, once my order was placed it was shipped out incredibly fast (3 days maybe?) and came with a nice bag, sticker, and discount for my next purchase- way more professional than I expected. The cycle is going well too- so overall Im satisfied!

They are safe overall. The problem with the trustpilot is you're only getting motivated people who've be wronged.
The fact is most customers are happy & are not motivated enough to write their experiences. Sad reality but it's how we are. Bohemoth labz are safe enough they are making money. Just start small work your way up. You'll soon see this company is at the very least decent. But, you'll be hard pressed finding a better oils place. Honestly. Take the time look up their ratios to customers returning & the money this company brings in. This is the best judge of a company's character in products. Most people only review when they felt they've been wronged. Let's face it, as humans we are to busy/lazy to help a company out that treats us good. But, if we feel we've been wronged almost everyone of us will get our revenge.

Shipping was decent and ordering was easy would use them again for my needs.

I love the variety of research you can get done and the prices are comparable. Finding good, third party verified research chemicals that are affordable, available and reliable is always good. I’ve never had any issues with shipping or quality and even found a couple other places do not offer. Thanks team!

Great fast service.

Items never came. This was my second order, which took forever to arrive the last time. More stress than it's worth. There's better companies out there. I'll never order from them again!

Ordered several weeks ago and the tracking indicates that my order has not reached the post office yet. When, after over 2 weeks, I contacted seller, they responded quickly however with useless information. First responses were to simply give me the tracking number which, as I said, indicates no movement. After a back and forth, again timely and pleasant responses, I was essentially told I "have to understand" with no indication they hadn't just taken my money (happened immediately) with no actual product to follow.
Having used them in the past, I had always been satisfied with the product. This experience however has me second guessing my choice of seller.

Well I ordered my product 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive it. I got a tracking number the day after I ordered. It says processing waiting for pickup from local carrier. Only reason for a 2 star and not 1 is because when I email they assure me that it is on the way. Which I live in the same state as it’s being shipped from. I spend hundreds of dollars a month on peptides. They lost my business. It’s almost like I’m being scammed. I’ve requested a refund, but still haven’t received that. I would be cautious on dealing with this company!

I was nervous about ordering from the website because of the shipping complaints and payment options but I am so glad I did! They are legit and their products are awesome!! The shipping was quick and the customer service is great! They respond to emails quickly and are very helpful. Definitely be ordering again.

I received my nasal spray. It was inside a plastic baggy clearly full of liquid. I reached out to the company. Never received a response after several attempts. Used the product. Called 911 die to severe reaction to the clearly compromised product. Still no response agter several attempts to contact.

Behemoth Labz seems to be a great distributor so far! I've bought SS-31 and BPC-157 from them on two seperate orders and everything arrived within a decent time span. The products are professionally packaged and work great!

Communication with them for starters is stellar!I think most the bad reviews saying that customer service is slow is honestly just people being impatient, product I have bought from them turned out really well during research and I’m 99% sure if you send it to a reputable, legitamate lab, that does liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry testing and your product is below 99.00% pure, (meaning 98% or below) they will either send you funds back (easier if paid with a credit/ debt card for them to do that) or they will send you the product again free of charge ensuring potency. Overall this company is AMAZING with a wide range of products! Also look at your batch number and email them a COA lab report for that EXACT batch and they will give it too you, if you feel sketched just email/ call the lab that they claim tested it to confirm they legitimately tested it (and no thy do not fake lab tests). 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the research field!

Ordered 20 ct of 50 mg Flmodafinil. Received a bottle of 43 1000 mg caps of something. (Avg weight varies by over 75mg). Customer support was very responsive, and admitted they sent me the wrong product, and would be sending the correct order. 1 week later, I got another response saying after reviewing everything, that I was sent the right product. Case closed. Research with whatever you are receiving at your own risk. Thankfully I didn't research with this product - if it is 1000 mg of Flmodafinil, it would be a very dangerous dose.
