Counterfeit items recieved, Patagonia have provided proof. Paypal unwilling to mode forward on the dispute unless I send these items back to China, at my own expense. Buyer protection... laughable.

Terrible, just terrible. Fake items which took an age to arrive. Non existent customer services. Not only was the item that eventually arrived clearly fake but it wasn’t even the item I ordered. I wasted £75 and they refuse to offer me a refund. They even try and give you a coupon to buy more of their fake stuff off the website, rather than offer you a refund. Avoid at all costs, wish I read the reviews on here before ordering!!!

I ordered 5 articles of clothing- and what I received was two things that I ordered and *3* that I did not. The three I didn't order included the same hoodie that I did order but sent twice, a random pink sweater and a random black hoodie, much cheaper than the expensive items I'd ordered, which were coats and proper fleeces. The tags all say patagonia,com so they're fake anyways. DON'T BUY. you won't get what you ordered.

EDIT: I included photos to PayPal including the tags that said Patagonia,com and I got my money back almost straightaway. I think they might have heard about this site now..

My husband and I had ordered several items for our family for Christmas. I suspected this was fake after ordering and followed advice to refuse the product when it arrived. Luckily I was in and gave it back to the Yodel delivery driver explaining the situation. I had already written to Paypal. I got all of my money from Palpal within two days of refusing the parcel. Thanks for the warnings and advice that I had seen here.

Ordered a Patagonia Nanopuff vest - The item which arrived was nothing like a Patagonia product and was of a very poor quality.
Total fake - Avoid.

Fake company do not use. A fake Patagonia fleece arrived. Poor quality and not what I ordered. DO NOT USE this site it is fake......

Ok so final update .
PayPal contacted fraudsters who agreed to give full refund on condition we paid to return the crap item.
Unfortunately no courier could assist us due to the return address being a P.O. Box based in a seedy area in china ( surprise surprise.)
Husband today had rant at PayPal earlier who now has issued us a full refund.
Patagonia global are now looking into shutting down this site as we speak.
Good luck everyone who has been ripped off.

I only rated one star because I couldn’t rate a minus.
Completely fake jacket and not even a passable fake at that.
I have lots of original Patagonia clothing and have absolutely no doubt that it is absolutely 100%fake.
I have just emailed them and await a reply before opening a PayPal dispute

I ordered a Patagonia parka jacket from these fraudsters, I almost instantly felt something wasn’t right and tried to cancel the order only to get a reply three days later saying it had been shipped.... convenient! I read through the PayPal T&C’s which looked like a waste of time. Now pursuing through my bank who have been more than helpful.

Follow up on my case - raised a dispute with Paypal, the buyer didn’t reply in 10 days so I got the refund!! Few days later I received 4 totally fake and wrong items. Should definitely escalate it to Paypal and show them this Trustpilot link to prove it is fake, in case you are one of the victims.

Goods arrived!.... a pathetically fake navy 'down jacket'came instead of a Gold Parka, previously contacted paypal prior the recieving this however they advised I wait to see if its delivered, the recent reviews dont fill me with optimism that they'll support the buyer here. Has anyone successfully returned their items or won an appeal with paypal concerning Belkmaills?

Fake website - Do not purchase from this site! The product that I ordered was completely different to the one that arrived.

Tried to cancel the order when I realised the site was fake. Opened a case with Paypal and they did nothing about it and closed the case.

PAYPAL ARE FACILITATING THESE SCAMMERS, 100% PROOF OF SCAM SHOWN TO PAYPAL, THIS IS FRAUD AND THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE. PAYPAL RESPONSE IS 'RETURN THE ITEM IF YOURE UNHAPPY' HOW ON EARTH CAN ANYONE DO THAT?!?!?

As soon as I got the order e-Mail i realised it was a fake website so I e-mailed to cancel then they asked why I didn’t want they’re products anymore, they then ignored all of my e-mails and shipped it anyway and it has said the same thing on the tracking for the last 10 days

Avoid at all costs. I've had no communication from the seller at all. Once you order you get no details on what you ordered. I tired to cancel the order and have received zero response. I am now dealing with PayPal to try and recover my money. Total Scam. I finally received my parcel today, and it's not at all what I ordered. Do not waste your time or money here.

I ordered 2 fleeces no reviews on here when I ordered, new fake scamming company evidently- do not use! As previous comments say, they have not got back to me and no way to return the items. What has arrived is 2 crappy fleeces that look nothing like the pictures and are worth £5 not the £60 I paid! Lesson learnt if the price looks too good it is. I am asking PayPal to assist but unsure they will as the company have cleverly navigated the loopholes! Agreed that I am disappointed PayPal have not got onto this and shut it down to stop people being scammed!

Received a patagonia fleece, completely wrong design and cheap fake product. No response to emails.
Avoid this seller.

Very disappointed! It took ages to arrive and ignored all my emails if it had been sent. In the end I have received fake Patagonia jumper.
