Love the modern look of this chandelier. It's a real statement piece. The lighting is warm and beautiful. Installation was a bit finicky, but once it was up, totally worth it.

Ha Ha Ha, you took my money in early May for almost
$ 400 then went bankrupt a couple of weeks later and would not process a refund or ship my item. Don't worry, I will get it back.

I ordered two client project items, a credenza and light fixture and both have since been delayed.
This is my first time ordering from the site, not a good start.

The company is officially shutdown and I never received a refund nor the merchandise that I paid for. I am trying to dispute the matter.

I ordered two lighting fixtures. Received one, May 9. It was too large. I returned it the next day with the FedEx label provided. I was charged for the second fixture and request that it be canceled on May11. Customer service says they can not cancel my order and received email 5/23 saying they can not provide refunds. My charges exceed $1100.00. I am disputing these charges and prepared to go to whatever legal lengths necessary to obtain a refund.

They promoted a buy more save more sale 4 days before their court date to file bankruptcy and we had to re order $1,400 of light fixtures from another company to finish our renovation… corrupt AF.

I ordered a set of lights. They were estimated by May 7. I was updated after May 7 there was a vendor issue and they would be delayed . Every time I call them , it says they are not open. No matter what hour. I have emailed countless times.
the last I have been able to hear anything was once about my order delay issue. I have requested over 5 times for the order to please be cancelled and I have not gotten any response. It is now May 23- crickets
I need my money back!!

I have an outstanding order that hasn’t been delivered, no response from Bellacor and no way of getting in touch with anyone. Website and phones down.

Do not order from this company. They will not deliver the product nor will they give a refund.

Have no idea who these guys are but have just seen that they tried to verify my card.

I ordered a lovely table two weeks ago. My credit card was charged the day it was ordered. It's been two weeks and no communication from Bellacor. I requested the order be canceled and a refund issued. In response to my request to cancel, I received an email that said, "at this time, we are not able to process any cancellation requests" - and that they'd be in touch in 7-10 business days. I'm about to explode, but instead will contact my credit card company and the BBB.

I’ve been calling everyday for 4 days now to cancel an order and it has said the office is closed no matter the time of day. I’ve also sent an email with a request for someone to contact me and still haven’t heard back. Super disappointing.

The lamp we purchased came quickly and in good condition. If we liked the lamp in our room, we probably would have given a 5 star review. Instead BELLACOR gets a 1 start review for its horrible customer service. We returned the lamp as per their instructions. FedEx confirmed its delivery back to BELLACOR over a month ago. We have the receipt and the name of the person, who signed for it. We also fully insured it at our expense. We never received anything from BELLACOR and most especially we are still awaiting our refund. They do not answer their phone even when they say they are open. And they have yet to reply to our request for email contact and a callback. It’s as if they are not there! Recourse? We’ll start with contacting the Attorney General of our state. They owe us $350.

Never received lamp! No communication or updates what was happening! Poor way to do business!

Still no purchase confirmation email. No phone call answer during your normal business hours on Friday. No response to my email to customer service.

Easy to order and shipped fast.

Quick fulfillment and arrival box boxes arrived open on top as the tape appeared to fail but insides appear in tact.

I placed an order for a piece of furniture it was on back which was fine since then I’ve been given twi dates for the delivery each one getting later and later. Then I received an email to say that they had cancelled my order.
Eventually I managed to get through to Robin in customer service and they said they would replace the order and that the date was now a week later. I’ve had another email from them to say that they don’t know when this piece of furniture will be delivered. It has nothing to do with the manufacture ART. It’s distribution problem of Ballacor.
I keep calling to try and find answers. I’ve left messages with the manager and she never calls me back so now I’m just waiting. I’d have never ordered from Bellacor before and just waiting yo see if they will fullfill their responsibility to me.

I ordered a bath fixture that said it was in stock when I ordered it. Eventually, I got a nice email saying it was not available at present. I tried to hold off, but in the end had to cancel that and wanted to reorder a different fixture. I asked if I could get the new one ordered and have expedited shipping since I had been waiting for weeks already. I just got a form letter saying a refund had been issued and no mention of anyone helping me to reorder another fixture. I ended up waiting another couple of days to hear back and never did. Not great customer service.
