Bad quality and even worse customer service

I ordered a dress and belt 2 months ago and was so dissapointed with the quality and the customer service.

Bad quality - the fabric/materials looks cheap and even worse than stuff I ordered from Shein

Unquestionable return process - return will cost you $ (the first seller that asked me money for a return); after a month returning the item, there is no update even after I reached out multiple time. And I am still waiting because it cost me over $100

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, I ordered a $200 dress about 3 weeks ago and they don’t update with tracking number or anything, never arrived.
Big Scammers! Be carful do not buy from them.

Awful

Awful. Despite using their size chart the item was way too small. I requested a return label. No response. I asked for a refund and was told I can only have store credit. Itd been over a month and still won't send me a return label. Horrible company. Will never order again and Im out $100.00

I have lost £173 .they didn't refund me

I bought a coat on 16 january.it was small for me I returned two weeks later I'm still waiting for my refund. I dispute with PayPal,I sent email with return postage receipt of post office.and all information but today I got message that case is closed to favour on sellers favour. So PayPal wasn't helpful for me as welI .don't know what they said. I have lost £173 .be careful with this company. This is the second time I have bad experience with them.

International Shipping Fiasco

International Shipping Fiasco!
TLDR - Purchases in late November 2024 - request to cancel orders - refused to cancel despite their courier not having picked up items for delivery yet - Packages rejected by customer upon arrival and automatically sent back - Shipping info for rejected packages provided by customer to company - Still no refund - over $790 CAD being held up. Three full months of fruitless correspondence with customer service.

This has been the worst experience of customer service I've ever had. I live in Canada and had ordered two coats from them. They are based in Australia. Since they use the "shop" app, my default setting on that app was set up for an American shipping and receiving place that I sometimes use. Literally within 5 minutes of ordering the coats I immediately realized I had sent it to the wrong location and used the wrong currency and wrote an email asking for the order to be cancelled. Their system clearly stated items had not yet been shipped. I then purchased the coats on a new order and made sure to send them to my Canadian address. I later received emails from customer service noting it was "too late" and the first order of coats would still be needlessly sent to the American address (which would require an additional trip from me to go to the US to return them). Furthermore there would be an additional charge to return them. Luckily when the package arrived, my shipping and receiving company was able to reject the package and send it back through USPS. Tracking information for this was provided to Belle and Bloom. But on their end they have not worked with USPS to get the package back while still telling me they're "waiting for it". The shipping info on the shop app clearly says pre-shipment info was sent and they are waiting for them. Instead of using the tracking code I provided them, they then sent me a different USPS code saying they haven't received the item yet.

Simultaneously when I heard that they were going to deliberately ship my American order anyway I was rather unhappy with this and asked for my Canadian order to be cancelled as I was very unhappy with their policies. At that time there was also a postal strike in Canada and all packages were also going to be delayed and the country was not even accepting packages through post. Their website clearly showed that the courier had not yet picked up the package from them yet to even start the shipping process. They had said they would work with their dispatcher to cancel the order and get back to me. I heard nothing back for months and then in late February 2025 got a notice from my local mail carrier that I had around $20 duties to pay on a package had arrived for me. I had told them in early December to cancel the order and not to ship it. It was still shipped in january 22nd despite correspondence before between November/December and January requesting to stop this shipment and customer service noting they would work with courier to stop dispatch and refund it to me. I can't believe it's almost March and I still don't have my money back and these packages have travelled across the world for NO REASON. Have Belle and Bloom considered the environmental impact of their system and processes?

belle and bloom please give me back my money and fix your shipping policies. There should be measures in place to prevent unnecessary shipments and better ability for the company to respect customer wishes.
