Save your money, your driveway, your engine, and another trip back to belle tire. Once again one of only 2 things that need to be tightened for an oil change was not tightened. Last time it was the filter this time it was the drain bolt. Don't bother replying saying I'm not in your system it was my girlfriend's car. Belle tire has once again messed up the simplest and most frequent maintenance on my girlfriend's car. This is exactly why I change my own oil. Do not trust this place, do not trust the manager nick, save your time and money and try anywhere but belle tire especially macomb Michigan. Unfortunately this is the 3rd time this has happened, first two were in Orland park, IL but the first and only time we'll go to belle tire macomb. If my gf insists on going to belle tire again she can get down on the ground and fix their work for them.

Took my car here to look at the break system, was told after only ten minutes it was my struts. Knowing it was not I took it to a real mechanic and it was my ball joints!! Do not go to belle tire

I would not recommend Belle Tire to a woman. They will take advantage of you.

Tool for a tire rotation found out I need a tie rods and shocks. I told the manager I have an extended warranty. Can you please call in? He said very rudely. I’ve been doing this for 20 years and I’ve never seen a warranty cover these items when I picked up the truck, I asked if they called the warranty. He said yes about two weeks later I called the warranty company and found out he never called him in and my parts were covered by my warranty when I called back to confront him about it. He was on vacation and he said he would call me next week. I waited 10 days. He never called me back. I called back and they said he quit, but the man will look into it. He called me back and said that I had to take it back to my dealer which I thought was not the right I told him what the manager called Reno was his name did his job. I would’ve taken it there so they cheated me out of the money. I was supposed to get back from a warranty. Don’t trust this company. They don’t honor their word when employee leaves and doesn’t do his job correctly. does it cost me about $2000 out of my pocket and it shouldn’t have and nobody in the building will correct his mistake

Spent a good deal of money on defender 2 tires, and right off the get i had a slow leak. I can hear it leaking out of the valve stem. I called 2 different belle tires, and explained i have to fill the tire every 2 days... both locations, one in Grandville Mi, and one in Muskegon Mi told me sorry,, we're booked till after Christmas... its a valve stem. The tires are brand new.. long story short.. discount tire told me to come in tomorrow morning and they will take care of it free of charge. Sorry Belle. You've lost my business for good

Went in, for undercarriage inspection do to concerns that happened moving cross country. Mind you the car is incredibly smooth riding no play, shaking, nothing. I go in they check and say well you need front brakes, which I didnt. ATTEMPTED to say I need ball joints, upper and lower tie rods, alignement, control arms loose......None of this convinced me. I took to another shop and they found NOTHING wrong with what they were stating. Belle Tire is nothing but shark scammers DO NOT trust them to do any work on your vehicle.

We paid Bell tire to store our winter wheels and tires, which were also purchased at Bell. When we didn’t pick up the wheels and tires during the prescribed time they sold them or disposed of them! $1100 down the tube. The contact information on the contract showed our phone number but they never bothered to call us. They said they sent an email, but we can find no evidence of that. Perhaps it ended up in spam or junk. Regardless, Bell tire can show me no proof that they ever sent any email or try to contact us in anyway. The only remedy they offered is to sell us new wheels and tires at wholesale. Unacceptable.

No stars. I stopped. In to the belle tire in Plainfield IL. For a tire repair They told me they could not do the repair because the tire is 5 years old (tires were built in 2020) I found out the industry standard is 10 years And the continued to tell me the tread was warn. Again I found out the min tread ware is 2 tenths. And I’m definitely at 5 tenths. The original tread was only 7 tenths (Michelin pilot sport 2) They are just trying to scam me into buying new tires prematurely. I had the sales guy check with the manager and he came back with a story of how an other corvette owner came in with the same issue and he bought new tires. Shame on you Belle Tire for trying to take advantage of unknowing consumer. Fortunately in a well informed consumer or I do my research and find out the correct information. Beware of Belle Tire and there misleading of you as a consumer. I will also be calling the district manager Dan Callaghan on Monday

Chris and his mechanics are scamming customers. They are now under investigation.

Corporate Profits before customer service. I bought 4 tires for my 16 year old daughters car. They pushed to sell an alignment that was Virtually Perfect already. Now we went back for a nail patch and rotation, they said the tires are wore out with only 15k miles on them and less than a single year old. Trying to sell another set of tires. Worst Company In History!

Order 46070647. Villa Park, IL. Did not torque lug nuts on front right wheel. Lost two lug nuts on my drive home. Remaining three were loose. Gross negligence for customer safety. Do not take your vehicle here.

Terrible service. I never signed up to receive their messages, yet here I am receiving email spam from them. I have politely contacted them on 2 occasions to get it to stop, but it doesn't stop, nor do they even bother to acknowledge my email.

If a appointment is made I would expect that appointment time to be kept. My wife waited for her appointment for over 45min. When she called me to inform me of that I expressed to her to leave, a text shortly followed stating they ( bell tire ) would not return her car key to her, only after requesting keys they made it a priority to get our wheel alignment checked at 9:54am the vehical was brought in ( 54min after appointment ) at 1015am the report of the alignment testing was presented folded in half and the bottom section was all in green as if the adjustment had already been done prior without prior approval by us, the customer only after my wife
Authorized the adjustments to be made at checkout when she was provided the inspection paperwork with the now visable bottom portion of the report all green could be fully seen. The transaction was made at 10:26:54am on 6/19/25 an hour and 26min and 54 seconds after the scheduled appointment time.
We used the coupon of $40.00 off
That any customer could use but not provided any compensation for the delay of her time wasted waiting. That coupled with refusing to return the vehical key when requesting holding her ( our vehical) hostage and making the adjustments prior to approval of work to be completed
To me seems as if everything is not on the up and up and leads me to think that belle tire is in business to entrap customers and falsly charging for services requested as I indicated to bob gohde when i made the appointment for an inspection only until I had an opertunity to review the report.

You Belle Tire "got us" once but aside from what's now going to be a monthly potentially daily visit for our unlimited inspection for 12 months
You will not get any further business from us.

BUYER BEWARE... I only added 1 star as the review would not be posted without a star choice..... Read the entire review. Brought my brand new car with the need to change the factory wheels with a new look (after market wheel and tire) in hand. The replacement wheels were purchased online, from a wheel company with mounted tires. All that was needed was to remove the factory wheels and install the aftermarket wheels - simple, right? What a horrible experience, a true catastrophe.. 1. After the damage was done, I realized the the Belle technicians that were doing the work on my car were not certified or qualified. 2. They stripped the wheel studs on the new wheel hubs and marred (scratched) all the wheel stud bores on the factory and aftermarket wheels. In conclusion, after spending the "entire" day at this shop, I departed without the aftermarket wheels being installed, all wheels, factory & aftermarket, damaged along with damaged wheel hubs, damaged wheels and missing lugs on the wheels.. After a long duration of numerous email communications with the store & district managers, I was advised that they would only buff the damaged wheels and replace the damaged studs. They further requested that the "repair" of their substandard work be done at this store - The same store that carelessly committed all the damage to the car and wheels - SERIOUSLY? No thank you.... We all make mistakes and all that was reasonably expected was professional work completed by qualified / certified techs, fair & reasonable pricing, the shop to stand behind their work and take onus for their mishaps .... Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. BUYER know that there is much more needed than what may appear when you have car repairs. There may be hidden issues that can only be found by an experienced eye - as auto service layperson, we are at the mercy of the place we get our auto repair work completed. Car dealers are more expensive but you will have peace of mind.

After scheduling my 2nd appointment to have

Made an appointment to get my car checked out sat for 3 hours while they serviced other customers even though I had an appointment. Found out I needed sway bar links replaced brake pads in the front. total cost with 2 new tires was $2700 so I said let's just fix my issue at hand so the new price came to 1700 for sway bars and links in the front. Too much so I went elsewhere and got it done for the correct amount of 1000. Belle tire called me for 2 days trying to talk me out of getting it fixed elsewhere and telling me the other company will not provide all the services for my vehicle. On top of that they offered to come down to the 1000 that I was going to pay the other company. They tried to over charge me for services as a woman. I would not recommend this place if your a woman.

Came here about 9 months ago to replace my tires and what appeared to be a good service has now turned into constant lying and misleading statements. I was told the tires I bought had a 45,000 mile warranty. Now they are showing excessive uneven wear. They told me over the phone they would be swapped at no cost. Then after coming in they are refusing to honor what they said, they even ordered the tires in to swap them at no cost but now won't provide the service. I had to call corporate customer service and I am waiting for a resolution. What terrible service to promise something and then not even honor it. On top of that creating a safety issue for a customer. No excuse for this behavior. DO NOT COME HERE!

Belle tire a wonderful place. I was helped by Kevin yesterday. He was phenomenal. It was a bit chilly out but he took his time a checked every tire. He also gave me advice and asked did I have any concerns. After make sure every tire has its proper air quality. He made sure I had everything I needed to have a safe drive home.

I have gone to the Belle Tire in Avon Indiana for years. They used to be dependable and honest. Everyone in my family used them - even my parents. A little over a year ago that all changed. Not one of us has been there for new tires or a simple patch that they have not tried to upsell. My dad took his car in for new front tires. It was making a noise but he did not say anything to them because we have an actual mechanic for repairs. They "decided" to do an inspection. You guessed it - all kinds of repairs on the front in. Almost a thousand dollars. He took it down to his mechanic. What a surprise a loos break clip and fixed for $25. That was the last straw for us

Belle tire is worst place to take your car , liers and they don’t even know how to do properly alignment don’t waste your money and time you will get very frustrated
