Overpriced and woke , not a good combination . Should just stick to selling ice cream

Bis vor kurzem hätte BJ von mir 5 Sterne bekommen. Leider haben sie die Rezeptur der veganen Sorten verändert und bewerben es als "upgrade". Dabei ist es eine Kosteneinsparungsmaßnahme unter der die Eisqualität massiv gelitten hat. Der Fett- und Proteingehalt des Eises ist nun deutlich geringer, das Eis weniger cremig, wässriger und kristallig. Es hebt sich geschmacklich nicht mehr deutlich von günstigen No-name Sorten ab. Außerdem ist der Becherinhalt geringer geworden.

Mit der neuen Rezeptur passt für mich Preis-Leistung nicht mehr zusammen. Ich denke nicht, dass ich mir mit dieser Rezeptur nochmal ein B&J Eis holen werde. Kristalliges Eis mag niemand. Aus Hafer lässt sich einfach kein gutes Eis machen.

this is not the same ice cream I used to love. the price has gone up and the quality has gone done. It's not even close to what it used to be. I bought Phishfood when it originally came out and bought a pint today for $6.99 and it was not even close to the original quality.

Man, Ben and Jerry’s used to be so cool. Ben is rad. Jerry is rad. But the company pushed them out for having any sort of voice or political thought for the good of the people, and now I walk right past their display. Melted ice cream when purchased @ store in Hallandale Beach Blvd Florida . Very expensive.

This company went over and above to make my dads 90th Birthday SPECIAL. l chose to put a photo on it and it came out AMAZING!! The cake
was a huge hit! It looked amazing and it tasted even BETTER. We ate it ALL, there was nothing left!! Thank You Ben and Jerry, we LOVED it. Nb l ordered Friday morning and it was delivered Saturday afternoon!!!

Zum 1. Mal Ben & Jerry's Eis gekauft, weil schon davon gehört und die Werbung für die neue Sorte ' Bohemian Rasperry ' gesehen.

Nach dem Verspeisen bleibt Ernüchterung und Frust, es ist eine nach nichts schmeckende, sehr zähe Masse, wenn ich nicht gelesen hätte, was es beinhalten sollte, hätte ich keinen der Geschmäcker identifizieren können.
Weder Vanille, noch Guten Schokoladengeschmack und erst recht nichts, was man als Himbeere erkennen könnte, war festzustellen.
Nie mehr wieder; hat für mich nichts mit einer guten Glace zu tun, die cremig, zart und geschmacksintensiv sein muss, wie es am besten die Italiener beherrschen!

Ich kann mir wirklich nicht vorstellen, dass irgend jemand diesen Inhalt eines bunten Bechers genießen kann, das ist nichts, was den Gaumen erfreut!

Completely ultra processed with goodness knows what in it. Will not do you any good, tastes awful with no end of sugar. You are better off actually eating natural icecream. But unfortunately people are conned by eating so much ultra processed foods and then they wonder why it's causing them problems in the future.

Recently, my family and I had a rather disheartening experience at Ben & Jerry's restaurant. Despite our intentions to enjoy some ice cream and waffles from their menu, we were regrettably asked to leave due to inadvertently bringing in 1 cup of outside coffee. While we certainly understand the importance of adhering to restaurant policies, we believe this particular situation could have been managed with a bit more understanding and flexibility.

Policies are indeed vital for maintaining a fair and organized environment. However, empathy and adaptability play a crucial role in ensuring that patrons feel welcome and valued. In our case, we genuinely did not intend to undermine the establishment's offerings; it was simply an unintentional oversight. Had the manager approached us with a gentle reminder or provided an alternative solution, it would have left us feeling more appreciated and eager to return.

In the ever-evolving landscape of the hospitality industry, striking a balance between maintaining rules and offering excellent customer service is essential. Therefore, we encourage management to consider individual circumstances and exercise discernment when addressing such situations, ensuring a memorable and positive dining experience for all.

Die Sorten setzen immer weniger wirklich auf das, was drauf steht. In „Fudge Brownie“ befindet sich nur noch Schoko-Eis mit Kakao-Pulverisiertem Mehl. Schmeckt einfach nach Mehl und ist innen drin sogar ganz trocken. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Ich würde den schlechten Bewertungen hier nicht trauen. Der Grund weshalb man gegen das Unternehmen schiesst ist der, dass das Unternehmen sich gegen einen Genozid ausgesprochen hat. Die Bewertungen sind dreist, überspitzt und nahe zu lächerlich. Wenn ein „Tom“, also ein Mann darüber klagt, dass ihm die Hand wehtut weil er Eis löffeln muss, dann wisst ihr jetzt wieso Deutschland den Bach runter geht. Und wenn einem das Eis zu hart ist, dann sollte man es logischerweise auftauen lassen. Übrigens ist Eis das aus guten Zutaten besteht im sehr vereisten Zustand immer hart. Wenn ihr etwas butterweiches möchtet, nehmt doch bitte das Billigeis, dass nur aus Pflanzenfett besteht.
Fazit: Ein sehr geiles Eis für gesellschaftsfähige Menschen (nicht die, denen die Hand weh tut weil sie nicht wissen wie man auftaut). Es schmeckt super und ist nicht gedacht für einen billigen Gaumen, der nur Palmöl und Pflanzenfett kennt.

I love Ben and Jerry's. I would have it regularly. It's been a while since I've had any, though. Because if not been well I decided to treat myself, but I'm surprised at the decline in quality.
The taste and texture just aren't there anymore. It's bland and boring and certainly not worth the price anymore.
I'm so shocked that such a company with such strong morals would stoop so low and skimp now.

Never again.

As I have IBS-D, I have to greatly limit ice cream and so I tried the pricey Ben & Jerry’s plant-based version. Unfortunately, it contains Guar Gum & Locust Bean Gum which aggravated my IBS even more than the dairy version. Was also disapponting to see it contained corn syrup. From a taste perspective, it was okay but but not great.
