Great overall experience
We visited the store and had a browse before being approached by Joselyn who asked how we were getting on and if we knew what we were looking for. Even with our not very good explanation of what we were looking for she showed us a few mattresses and after the second we knew exactly what style we needed to look for! No pushy sales or upselling if anything was very aware of our budget, after going round the store again with more knowledge of what we wanted we ended up settling on the very first mattress joselyn matched us to, her years of experience definitely showed! Overall great experience and when we went to finish the sale great delivery timeline also. We can’t wait for our new mattress☺️

Excellent customer service, great product knowledge and very approachable staff. The time spent in sleep pro machine was really useful and experience was such a contrast to the service from other bed shop on the retail park

Brilliant Service
Fantastic service from start to finish from Bob and his team, everything was so easy from ordering to the delivery, always kept in the loop even down to the delivery drivers phone call 1/2 hour before arriving, they couldn’t do enough for you.

Staff were very polite and attentive
Staff were very polite and attentive, in particular John who could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable of the products, they are a credit to the company, perhaps why we are a repeat customer, and Benson's are our first choice.
