Over all it was good. Staff were helpful and there were messages of progress. Delivery men were nice and polite. They put the bed where I wanted. My only issue was the packaging was filthy. Not... もっと見る
Made buying a bed easy,staff very professional in what they do,delivered on time again very professionally really pleasant guys. Just wish I'd paid to have it made up.

I recently visited the Bensons for Beds…
I recently visited the Bensons for Beds store in Barnsley, near the Tesco, and had an outstanding experience thanks to Angie. From the moment we walked in, we were allowed to browse at our own pace, and Angie approached us after a little while, which felt really comfortable. She was incredibly professional and polite, never pushy at all. Instead, she provided us with a wealth of information about the beds and guided us in a very helpful way. She even introduced us to an air pressure bed so we could understand our preferences better. Throughout the whole process, Angie was patient, attentive, and genuinely interested in finding the best fit for us. She also made sure we knew about the deals and promotions without ever making us feel pressured. It was this trust and the valuable information she shared that convinced us to purchase a king-size mattress on the spot. We absolutely feel like we made the right choice, and we can't thank Angie enough for her support. Highly recommend this store and Angie's service!

I didn’t know what I needed but the assistant was helpful and guided me through the process by first seeing what kind of mattress I needed then helped me through the presses of purchase stress free.

Worst Experience
I am writing to formally raise my concern regarding the repeated changes to the delivery dates of my orders over the past three months. Despite multiple assurances, the agreed delivery timelines have not been honored, resulting in significant inconvenience and disruption.
The pattern of delays and last-minute rescheduling has now become a recurring issue, which not only affects our planning and operations but also undermines trust in your service reliability. Clear and consistent communication is crucial, and unfortunately, that expectation has not been met.

From the minute I walked into the Stairfoot Barnsley store to 4 days later sleeping on my new mattress the customer service and product from Benson beds has been the best I have ever received.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff in store, good prices and a full explanation of products and procedures including delivery dates.
Regular emails and reminders about times and dates of delivery and punctual delivery staff who removed and recycled my old mattress and left me with my new one in just 15 minutes.
Extremely satisfied with my new mattress and am very happy to promote the Benson Bed team to anyone interested in purchasing a new mattress or bed.

Greeted at door but no hovering salesperson while browsing but advice given when needed. Thoroughly explained process of sale, delivery, guarantee & return if not suitable.
Marked down a star because 'test bed' was unfortunately not working at time but might have helped with choice of firmness.
