Great experience from start to finish.

Staff in the store were very helpful and knowledgeable. Went through the mattresses that would best suit me but also left me to browse so didnt put any pressure on me at all.

Delivery was great and both guys were respectful and informative throughout.

I didnt realise how bad my last bed was. This one is AMAZING and I have never felt so supported.

Sales person Spencer was excellent, giving us some important information but also some much needed space to consider things. Excellence service

From choosing the mattress, to the delivery, it was smooth and easy. There was alot to chose from, the sales person was polite,chatty and knowledgeable and the delivery was on time and quick. The mattress itself is comfortable and the price was reasonable

Really helpful sales team, they listened and gave good advice but also gave us plenty of space to make our choice (i.e laying on lots of different mattresses!) Delivery was quick and straightforward.

Excellent service all round. There was no pressure in store when we were looking for a mattress, and when we had decided on which one the person we dealt with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery date was provided, we were kept informed all along leading up to delivery. Delivery was spot on time and the driver and assistant were also friendly and efficient. Cannot fault any of the service, from start to finish.

We bought a bedframe and mattress at the Brislington branch in Bristol. We were helped by Julie who went above and beyond to help us without making us feel pressurised.

Fantastic service all round. Ordered online in the end, as got an NHS discount too which was super helpful. Mattress delivery was in only a few daysas we chose, delivery staff fab and called before hand. Very helpful on arrival. Gave us some good advice, and now we have a super comfy mattress! Very happy couple.

Richard the sales man was very knowledgeable and helped us to choose a new mattress. Great that it had some money off in the sale.

The mattress we were interested in was available in a local store to try out. We were given advice about how long we should test it for and there was nothing rushed or pushy going on in relation to sales, which was much appreciated. The member of staff was helpful and we felt we got a comparable deal with sourcing the mattress on line. It was about two weeks between purchase and delivery, we were kept well informed by text message of the delivery schedule and were able to track the van during the two delivery time slot. The delivery service was speedy and efficient...all in all we would definitely recommend Bensons.

The salesperson Marcus was really helpful in understanding which bed frames and mattresses would be a good fit for us, and hit the perfect balance of useful advice and giving us space to test the various models and come to a decision ourselves. He clearly explained financing options and specifics around fabric choices and mattress composition. The store was also clean and had an inviting atmosphere, and a good selection of products.
