Tyler was fantastic. He was such a lovely lad and we didn’t feel pressured into buying at all. Would definitely recommend. Great service and good prices 👍🏻 can’t wait for our bed to arrive.

Super Customer Service!
Welcomed in with our Pomeranian dog as he is an essential part of the process!
Had a good look around and then used the Sleep analyser to find mattress and pillow matches. This allowed my Wife and I to choose the ideal compromise combination. We were given plenty of opportunity to try everything and sound advice before deciding on our choice.
Ordering was simple and our forecast delivery date has been advanced by several weeks which is brilliant for us!

An amazing experience!
I bought a bed from bensons on Friday 21st august in the new shop in burnley. My experience was 10/10 as the staff were super friendly and very helpful. We got shown as many different options as I needed to pick the right bed and was thoroughly explained all the next steps to come such as : delivery, assembly and removal. Would definitely recommend!

An excellent service
The ordering of the mattress was brilliant, the young lady who served us at the Burnley Shop was very informative, friendly & professional, I was allowed to test out several mattresses, I also was given a free bed care kit & mattress protector, excellent service. The delivery was first class too, delivery was exactly on time, the delivery men excellent, I can recommend this service to all. Thank you .
