Great product and service
I used to think that Bensons were a bit downmarket but how wrong I was. Tried out in Bury St Edmunds store where manager was most helpful though we didn’t actually buy there. Ordered later online and all went through very smoothly including easily rearranging the proposed delivery date. Kept informed throughout and delivered on time and with care and courtesy

Happy with both service offered and products received.
Used the Bury St Edmunds shop earlier this year. Ordered a bed, mattress and pillow. All supplied on the due dates and even offered an earlier date if preferred to receive the bed. Happy with the service, products, and delivery. Would be happy to use for future purchases. Recommended.
