Excellent service
Excellent service from the shop floor to the front door. Staff in store recommended the Jenkins Ottoman which ticked all our boxes: comfy headboard, plenty of underbed storage and only slightly longer than the mattress. The delivery duo assembled the bed in under half an hour. Highly recommend Bensons for Beds.

Tracy the sales assistant was fantastic she gave us advice without pushing us she showed us lots of wardrobes gave us prices helped us with the measurements. Once we chose the wardrobes she offered us interest free credit and gave us advice on delivery and dates.

Faultless experience
Everything from the outset in choosing the mattress, divan and headboard through to delivery was faultless.
Tracey at Bury was knowledgeable, friendly and made our choosing so much easier. No hard sell and a pleasure to deal with. She just wanted the 'best for us'. Texts and emails kept us to date and the delivery men were on time and no problems whatsoever.
What a change to deal with a company who provides support every step of the way. Thank you to all the team who did. The salesperson may be the direct contact face to face initially but its behind the scenes where all the support and organising takes place as well

BFBs Bury
My husband and I came into the Bury store the day before we bought our bed. I have to say I almost walked out as the heat was too much! We were initially approached by Yasmin and she became extremely helpful for the time we were there. After visiting Dreams on the same day, it became clear that the only bed that we interested in was at BFBs. On returning the next day I asked for Yasmin however, she was unavailable. A gentleman called Subash took us through all the comparisons of the beds we were interested in, and as the shop was quiet, another staff member called Tracey was also on hand to answer any of our queries. I was very impressed on the knowledge the staff members had on all the beds, mattress etc that we looked at, to which led to us buying a lovely new bed. Thank you very much.

Bensons is a decent company . A little overpriced but what makes it special is people like Tracy in the Bury store who have worked there for over 30 years and give invaluable advice and care about what they tell people. That bit is priceless .

Didn’t phone at all, just turned up.
Delivered goods, no mention about leaving in bedroom. Mattress left downstairs, had to get upstairs myself.
