An exceptional experience
Great customer service from Adam in the bury store. He had an in depth knowledge of products and explained everything clearly. We experienced the Sleep match service and tried several mattresses before making our choice. It was quick and easy to purchase, choose our preferred delivery date and book mattress recycling so we don't have to mess around getting rid of our old mattress.

Fabulous service
Fabulous service - guy on the phone at Bury was so polite and friendly!!!
Just a pity the delivery charge is £50 for a headboard - I’m having it delivered to store instead so at least there was that option when I asked, but still would have been easier to have it delivered at a cheaper price.

Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful staff.
Unsure of the bed size required, (single or small double), I was able to see the beds side by side for comparison and compare different mattresses.

We were helped in the Bury store by Tracy who was professional and friendly throughout. We had such a good experience thanks to her we cancelled our plan to visit other stores and purchased from her. We felt valued and that our requirements we more important than just selling us any bed

Bhav went out of his way to help get me sorted when I went in after purchasing an Emma mattress and having nothing but trouble with it. He sorted me out with a brand new mattress that very same day!
