Used their in Charlton London. Tyrone the manager was great, no rush or pressue selling, just chating, helpful and really decent guy.
Got a great deal on a lovely matress and 2 new pillows, My partner and I super happy.
BTW we took pillows home from store. I am not a BS person and was very dubious about the pillows n price.... my partner!! Persuaded me to get them...... my new pillow is awesome, I love it.... im not gonna tell u my world has changed, however my sleep has for the better and the new matress has t been delivered yet!!

Quick, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable service. The whole process of choosing and ordering the bed and mattress were fairly swift, and the advantage of ordering in person is that they can check the ETA of the items that you’re thinking of getting, if you have a particular urgency. My order was placed with Amma, who was a delight and answered my thousands of questions with patience! Would recommend Bensons, only gripe is that they charge for delivery compared to the other well-known bed store which delivers for free. And if you’ve opted to have, for example, your bed frame delivered one week and your mattress delivered a few weeks later when stock becomes available, you have to pay the £49 delivery fee a second time. They contacted me half an hour before delivery as promised. The team were polite and efficient. The installation took place without any problems. All packaging was removed from my house.

I had recently undergone open heart surgery and was looking for an adjustable bed that could be delivered quickly. I called the Charlton Store and they said that they might have the very thing I was looking for which was a Tempur Elite with an adjustable frame. They agreed to "hold" the bed for me until I could travel to store. On inspection the bed was exactly what I needed - it would allow me to sleep on my back using an elevated and weightless position and therefore would be very helpful to my recovery. Sleep is crucially important for recovery after Open Heart Surgery and I had spent the first week since discharge sleeping in a chair! The two chaps were named Tyrone and John were very helpful and showed me all the features of the bed. They helped me arrange a local same day delivery which was really helpful. The company should be happy that their employees did such a great job!

I can’t rate this company high enough. Needed to source a mattress that was being discontinued. All the Bensons shops I spoke to were so helpful. Finally found one at the Charlton branch and Wendy was brilliant at communication and putting it aside for me so I could try it the next day. Great friendly branch and arranged mattress delivery the same day.

The headboard to match my bed base was mis-ordered (wrong colour) so although I have my new divan base and mattress I have to wait until 3 July to have the complete bed in place. Not at all satisfactory since the whole order was paid for on 18 May. I discovered the mistake when I received confirmation of the planned delivery and it was too late to recitify the order.
