Excellent customer service, the staff are well informed of the products they are selling and made it easier for my purchase.

It was a great experience from the purchase of my bed to delivery. The personnel in the shop were very helpful in assisting me to choose the perfect bed.
We agreed a delivery date and Bensons kept me updated. I was contacted prior to delivery and the bed was delivered on time and put together. As it was an Ottoman I was given instruction on how to use it. Hence my 5/5

Our mattresses were delivered one month too early, to the neighbour of a house that we have not yet purchased, 1.5 hours away from where I currently live. When I told Bensons what had happened, the salesperson in the store was more concerned with how much they would need to spend on petrol if they had to collect the mattresses, than they were with resolving the problem. The company refunded me the delivery charge, but I spent hours on the phone trying to fix the mess they had created. I spoke to a couple of Bensons staff who were helpful, but it doesn't make up for some terrible customer service.

Swift service. Surprising pleasant and painless experience

We visited the Woolwich store and the service we received from Johann was really top class. We have been to lots of other places looking for a mattress but the customer service we received here was easily the best!

The lady at their Branch in Charlton provided excellent customer service, and the delivery team was also great. I highly recommend this place!

Johann and Andrew in the Charlton branch were very helpful as I wanted to find a good ottoman bed frame and wardrobes for my new place and with their recommendations I left there feeling confident about my decision.

We found the perfect bed frame to suit our room, fair price and good service in store (Charlton store, Michael I think was the guys name).

Unfortunately it wasn't available to buy, I ordered from home online and the delivery date was months away!

Apart from that, communication and delivery was perfect.

We bought a mattress yesterday and had no idea, where to start. Very good service and consultation. Highly recommend.

We had ordered 2 beds which was due to be delivered on 7 feb 2023. We recieve a message in the morning on that date that the delivery is in the afternoon. We gave away our old beds relying on the date. In the afternoon same day we got a message there is delay to 3 March - they said they are trying to sort logistics and will try to deliver it sooner but we are very very disappointed with the lack of planning and the inconvinience it creates in the house with a small child. At least they could have delivered a short term alternate to resolve the issue or offered a pay compensation ...now who is going to pay for this inconvinience and the alternate arrangements we need to make. Hugely disappointed!!

Helpful and friendly

Very nice experience with this shop. The products and installation service is good and we really appreciate the help from the staff in Charlton store. We ordered another wardrobe from them and hopefully it will be as good as the previous order!

The customer service met was fantastic and helpful

The salesman was brilliant so this poor 1 star rating is not because of him. The salesman charged me a price which was on his computer but when I checked online the matress was £120 cheaper from the same company but yet refused to honor and refund the difference after I had already paid so out of principle and the £120 price difference I cancelled the order after some back and forth with their regional manager.
