Amazing customer service
The lady In Bensons for Beds Chippenham, really helped us to find a bed that could be delivered quickly as we are soon expecting a baby and urgently needed a new bed after our old one had broke. The sales lady was very helpful
The sales lady was very helpful, knowledgeable but no pressure sale which I love. Went to dreams straight after to compare before making a decision. We certainly didn’t get looked after in the same way in dreams so went straight back to bensons and bought the mattress

Knowledgable and patient staff.
After visiting a competitor store a few doors away and being completely dissatisfied, I made two visits to Bensons. Both times the staff was knowledgable, patient and very helpful.
