The man was very good nothing was to much trouble he went out of his way to find me the right bed.He was not pushy which is nice .

Good range in store to try out many different products. Sales people very helpful and not overly pushing a sale.

Great customer service from Imty when ordering our Tempur mattress, Very helpful and really went out of his way to ensure we brought the best mattress for us.

We visited Benson Beds in coventry. We dealt with a gentleman called Intasar. He was fantastic. Superb disposition. Not pushy, but very informative, professional. Extremely smart appearance. Listened and let us have time to ourselves to have a further look around the showroom. We purchased a Super King matress and base. Would highly recommend this store, and Intasar.

I arrived with my son at the store just as it was closing, we were going to return the following day but a chap came over and said he was happy to stay in store to help us - he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products - great service!

Mini went through all the features and benefits of the products that we looked at and guided us through from start to finish his product knowledge was excellent.
