Just bought a new house and needed to buy a bed. Myself and my partner were pretty set on purchasing one from an online store due to the price (was very cheap) but we said we would come up to Bensons in Cwmbran for a quick look before making any decisions. Walked in and was greeted by Shane - there were no pressure tactics or anything just a warm welcome and asked if we had any questions. We walked around and spent around 15 minutes on the first floor looking at the beds and mattresses - found one we liked but was unsure on the firmness of the mattress. Shane took us around all the same mattresses but of the different firmness until we got the one we wanted. Again, no pressure tactics just answered all my questions. We sat down went through all the costs and the current offers on - talked me through the bed guard package - which when it was put in perspective was actually a really good offer. Shane printed off a quote and gave me all the dimensions. I went away measured it all up and then drove back up and made the purchase. He arranged a delivery date that suited me and we both were very happy with the purchase and in the end it only cost a few hundred more than the one we saw online but this time we could be sure of the quality. 10/10 would go straight to Bensons for a bed next time as opposed to looking at these cheap online stores.

We have only order a bed so far but the experience in store in Cwmbran was excellent. Terry the sales advisor was amazing, very knowledgeable and able to guild us without be too push for the sales. His knowledge about the products filled us with confidence and we are looking forward to receiving our bed shortly.

What a store I was sorted out by a brilliant not pushy but very friendly salesman named Terry he's the reason I bought from Bensons knowledgeable explained everything made my wife and I like family absolute credit to Bensons it's a pity other shops don't employ more staff like Terry 10 out of 10

Terry was wonderful, super helpful, super informative. He was able to show us different kinds of mattresses and also how they feel with different tops or different bases and how much they were contributing factors. He encouraged us not to make a rash decision as sleep is important and have a think. We left, went to another store and went back within about 15 minutes! Purchased with Terry, it was the best experience and he was able to answer all our questions and options. Can't wait for delivery day now! Thanks Terry!

On arriving in the store we were greeted by Gavin, we explained to him what we were looking for and he took it from there. He is very polite, knowledgable and patient with his customers, buying a bed is not a easy choice and Gavin made the process enjoyable and reassuring, without a doubt he is a asset to the company, I am confident our purchase will be delivered without fuss so my overall experience with Bensons for Beds is very positive
