The staff member was extremely helpful and informative about the product we were interested in. They then gave us time to browse and make our decision. As we'd bought a mattress from the showroom the assistant then arranged for our new mattress to be delivered. Unfortunately as we bought from the showroom floor the Benson experience wasn't available, hence we also have to dispose of our old mattress. I would much prefer Benson's offered their mattress disposal service regardless. We did after all spend our money there. But amazing customer service.thankyou.

Communicative ,courteous ,caring ,over and above expectations ,Hard graft to get job done in extreme temperatures in in immense 30 degree heat in difficult access situation for item .

My only problem is the mattresses DONT have a zip to join or to stop them slipping apart and your mattress ending up on the floor. Nobody mention that when you are parting with over £2,000. Other than that delivery was great.

Very impressed with Paula (staff) who took us through the whole process of finding the right bed, we were not rushed and were not pushed towards the more expensive beds, we were given concise information on the benefits and specification of each bed and allowed time to come to our own decision.

From walking in to the store until delivery everything was fantastic

I would highly recommend Katie at the Whitfield, Dover branch. From her initial introduction, she was professional and I did not feel pressured into the purchase of a new bed. She talked me through finding out what was the best mattress and which would suit better by using the mattress matcher. Once we had a mattress the bedframe was next. With such a choice I eventually decided. Katie talked through everything from ordering to delivery and also finance options. 5 star recommendation ... just have to wait for the delivery.

Choosing a mattress is not the easiest of purchases. However Bensons for Beds a real game changer. The sales assistants are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Once the mattress was delivered after 3 weeks I realised I had not made the best of choices. I received an email asking how I liked my purchase and giving an honest review was surprised by an offer of a mattress exchange as I was within the 40 night Comfort sleep window. Again understanding and more research about mattresses and with the help of another knowledgeable assistant chose another .There was no fuss to choosing another mattress and Bensons were determined to make sure I was happy with the next mattress. Now and extremely happy with my choice I cannot thank Bensons enough for being so understanding and helpful to my original purchase. I would highly recommend buying for them.
Also the delivery drivers were very helpful especially where I live is not the easiest of access.

Can't review our purchase as it has not been delivered yet - 3 week wait.
Delivery is expensive and doubles if you want old mattress taken away - 2 charges of £49!

Delivery men went above and beyond to get the mattresses in the house

Super helpful lady staff members, who are clearly knowledgeable & passionate about their products.
We were given plenty of time to browse around the store, ask questions & try out how the different mattresses felt.
We went back to the store the next day to select & order our new bed & bedroom furniture.
Lots of helpful information given & payment was made.
Looking forward to receiving our chosen items.
My only disappointment is, that although express delivery is advertised, we are having to wait 4 weeks for the furniture to be delivered.

Bed was delivered and is of awful quality. The veneer edges all chipped , am shocked it's actually been sent out like that. Now I am stuck with this bed in 3 big boxes as is super king bed in my room so cant even Sleep in there for the next 2 weeks until its picked up! Have no where else to store the boxes u til they are collected . Extremely disappointed.
