Morgan explained everything clearly and was very helpful guiding me through every step of the process especially when setting up finance, trying to make sure I got the best deal I wanted which helped streamline me moving house.
I would have been lost and bedless or on a terrible mattress if it wasn't for Morgans help and follow up calls to ensure I got the updates to the order

The Data Protection Act?
We went to the store for a bed and an assistant helped us make our choice. Because we weren't sure of the room measurements she gave us all the details and we returned home. The next day I phoned up to place our order. I was able to select the bed, colour and arrange delivery but when it came to pay I was told it wasn't possible to pay over the phone because of the Data Protection Act?? Why waste my time talking an order if it can't be paid for? A week later I've received a phone call from the store asking for payment for the bed I hadn't been able to order because I couldn't pay for it. I think there's something wrong with the system at Bensons.

I’m very unsatisfied with the bed
I’m very unsatisfied with the bed. It looks very old and rusty dusty in color. On the other hand the foot board doesn’t attach properly. Also it looks better online but after delivery I’m just disappointed. It made my room look very dark and and messy.

Online buying only 🙁
Shop and delivery staff 10/10 . Paid deposit then found out you have to go online to pay by instalments I don’t buy anything online,that’s the reason I went in store was to avoid computers
