The salesman was great , He was very patient and took a lot of time with me and helped me to decide
The delivery man were fantastic, very polite, and very helpful,
Being in a lady in my 70s on my own, they took the plastic off for me and laid it on the bed,
I couldn’t have asked for more,
The delivery time was spot on
This is why I’m giving you five stars
I have just got asleep on it now, hoping that it’s comfortable

Andrew in the showroom was very helpful showing us all mattresses.
Andy Mac and Andy P were perfect delivery men, very careful coming into our home.
Our second mattress from this company, only had one night on the mattress, so far good.

My husband and i were looking for a new bed and having purchased our last bed several years ago went back to Bensons for Beds. We were not disappointed. Andrew was the consultant who was very knowledgeable about beds/mattresses. With his experience he made the process very easy and we came away very happy with our new purchase and hopefully when it is delivered in a few weeks, will be just as happy. Overall i would definitely recommend this company. Mr and Mrs Moralee.

Very patient and knowledgeable staff

Such a friendly store! We were made to feel so welcome. The guy who served us was great he was very professional but also had great banter which stopped us from looking elsewhere.

Experience in store was fabulous we explained what we wanted and our budget and they sorted it. The delivery was just even better. The delivery drivers were so polite and really helpful.

In our visit to the Team Valley store we were given all the time we needed to make our choice of mattress. Andrew was so knowledgable and gave us so much information I almost feel I could pass an exam on the subject of mattresses!

Arriving at the Team Valley store we were created by the whole team. Then, we met Jannice who was so knowledgeable, so helpful it simply bordered exceptional. My wife and I have just moved into a brand new home. Space is premium. Under bed storage was essential and we were a bit pedantic about what would serve our needs best. We were in the store looking at the options for well over an hour. Measuring, sampling checking, asking questions. Jannice was fab but the whole team contributed with valuable insights and useful information.

When it came to mattress selection, Jannice demonstrated a variety of options. Then, our sleep pressure points were measured in a bed device that produced comfort insights.

We left the store having spent £3,000 and feeling that we had the best deal available for the quality and comfort selected.

The team are awesome! The manager very approachable, knowledgeable and cost conscious.

But the best experience was Jannice and we thank her so much for her knowledge, patience and customer focus.

If you’re looking for beds, go to the Bensons branch at Team Valley. They make important choices with you and they work for you with no pressure. You and your needs come first.

Absolutely first rate

Great staff in team valley Gateshead, very helpful and informative

Paul and Lewis that delivered our new bed, kept me informed about delivery time. When they arrived placed it into the upstairs bedroom without any problems. Respected my home.

Polite, good information, friendly and helpful, answered all the questions that we asked, we came out feeling we’d been looked after, and funny.

Helpful staff who were on hand but gave us time to discuss our purchases and discussed the options for each purchase.

We popped into Bensons for Beds at Metro Centre, Gateshead thinking we had already found the perfect bed frame and mattress at a competitors store earlier that day.
However, we found Bensons had a greater range of both beds and mattresses in store, and their staff were excellent. Helpful but not intrusive and they allowed us to browse around the store without feeling like we were being watched.
And what’s more, one member of staff called Jamie, even entertained our 5 year old daughter, chatting away to her, allowing my wife and I some peace to deliberate over what bed and mattress to go for. We never felt pressurised to make a choice there and then. Jamie and his colleagues were wonderful. Highly recommend this store.

Great choice nice shop assistant spot on

Bensons were very helpful when we walked into the store. We needed a sofa bed and the assistant was happy to show us how it worked without any pressure to buy. We decided to make the purchase and were offered after care and products to purchase. We don’t normally buy the extras but they were of great value to us so we were happy they were offered. The assistant was a lovely lady she explained how the delivery worked and the messages and emails we would get. Sold very professionally. We are exceptionally happy with the service we received
