Angela was very knowledgeable about the products and listened carefully to our requirements. She explained the features of each product really well and gave us lots of options to consider before making our choice. Angela was friendly and cheerful and it was a good purchasing experience.

First class service.
Brilliant service from Paul at the metrocentre and his colleague Neil. We bought two mattress for teenage daughters and both Paul and Neil were super helpful and knew a tonne of information on the mattresses. We weren't pushed into buying more expensive mattress for the sake of it. Hopefully the delivery and longevity of the mattress will further support Benson for beds service. Which so far as been fantastic.

Really helpful sales team who spent time talking us through the various options for a bed frame and mattress and provided reassurance around delaying deliveries if there was an issue with ur house purchase.

Excellent Customer Service
I can not praise Andrew in the Team Valley branch highly enough, he listened to all my needs and concerns and explained all the pros and cons of the mattresses, this helped me choose (eventually) the mattress which suited me.
Excellent customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
