My bed was meant to be delivered on the 1st of October 2024, got an email saying it will be delayed until 7th of October 2024, didn't think I'll have this problem going into shop and ordering the bed... もっと見る

Patient. Let me browse around on my own. Check if I am ok in a good time. Show me all details and options I have. Answer all my questions nicely in a way I can understand. Not get annoyed when I hesitate and walk away. Act promptly to resolve issues.

Great experience and very friendly
Great experience and very friendly but not your typical salesman very informative, i have a sore back from my old matress so took me to a bed which could tell what matress would help me. I had 2 young children with me and Allan was amazing with them chatting away to them and was very patient espically since my boy has ADHD and Autism.

Friendly and helpful service
As soon as we walked in we we're given a moment to look around and then greeted by a member of staff who was friendly and informative. Bozena took us through the process and explained everything to us while doing a test to see what mattress would suit us best etc.

They kept cancelling the delivery date…
They kept cancelling the delivery date stating that the order was not in stock and they took ages to refund me. I will never use this company again. They lied to me about waiting time on furniture. Shambles.

Excellent service and great deal!
The staff were very knowledgeable and helped us to choose a mattress that suited our needs. We weren't initially expecting to make a purchase but the service was excellent, no pressure to buy and we were given a great deal on the perfect bed. Thanks Boszena!

Great service.
We had a great service when buying our guest bed. Our attendant Bozena was very helpful and new exactly what we needed. Also very fast on doing all the paperwork. Now is just wait for the delivery.
