The sales team were just great and provided all the necessary information about the delivery and how to rakw care of the new bes. The delivery team also came on time and assembled the bed on time. They were also neat and friendly.

I received several communications which kept me informed about my order and then about my delivery. The delivery arrived within the predicted time and the two deliverymen were very efficient and careful and courteous. The whole experience was very satisfactory. Thank you.

Great service
Anne was really helpful and I managed to get exactly what I wanted with no fuss. Delivery date to suit , bed frame and mattress on same day. Very happy .

A good shopping experience
Very helpful, knowledgable staff ( Richard Franklin). Able to take our time to find the right bed and mattress. You can test before buying and get instant feedback and advice so this makes in-shop purchase so much better than online.

From viewing, checking and trying out various mattresses in store, being advised by Richard on products and then to delivery by a very good and friendly team who handled our mattress etc with care, the whole experience has been very good. The new mattress is proving to be a good choice. We definitely recommend Bensons For Beds.
