Staff member Paul was very knowledgeable and let us spend time trying different mattresses to make sure we were happy with what we were purchasing. He did not rush us, in fact we were in the shop for nearly two hours. We knew which type of bed we wanted, again Paul very knowledgeable with regards their products and we decided quite quickly on which bed we would get. The mattress took time to choose - we were not rushed into a quick decision. We would definitely shop here again. Thank you Paul for all your help.

The lady who helped us was very nice, not pushy but informative and helped us find what is hopefully our perfect bed. Looking forward to the delivery very soon.

We ordered a new mattress from Bensons back in January and I've finally got around to writing a review to say how great they were. Happy to say the mattress is still extremely comfortable a few months down the line as well!
We'd been to another well-known place, where we suffered a pushy sales person. From the moment we walked in Bensons was a much better experience. The guy who served us ( I wish I remembered his name, so I could mention him) was informative and helpful, but gave us space to try and think. The sale was straightforward, and the bed was delivered and our old mattress taken away with no fuss on the date arranged.

We were given good information without feeling any pressure to buy by the assistant but she was on hand and able to answer our questions in a friendly manner.We did not purchase on our first visit but then visited Dreams beds and found there sales experience so different and then returned and saw the same assistant and purchased our bed which was an easy process.

Great service and I would highly recommend this company. I can’t fault them for all our different orders we had for our new house. From the start to the delivery, it was an excellent experience from Benson for Beds.

The salesman was very helpful. It would have been useful if we had been advised that assembly would be necessart on delivery. Our daughter is in supported living and the carers are not insured to assemle the bed so I had to drive down to do it. I could have been on site if I had known,

The sales advisor was helpful however he was very focused on me the male and not interacting with my wife who was the decision maker.

He was very pleasant explained everything and made the purchasing of the otterman base very easy.

Had some issues with a headboard and mattress but Paul at the High Wycombe store resolved the issues swiftly and professionally. Really pleased with the service provided

The consultant was very kind knowledgeable and helpful.

Purchased an £3k bed with mattress. After a while of trying to pay, computers crashed and had to leave and come back another day. Came back another day and took 45mins to process what was deemed ‘quick and easy’.

The bed arrived and despite taking an hour attempting to get the bed in, fair play they managed it. But the bed didn’t come with the mattress protector we purchased as part of the package so had to call store, only for them to be challenging around the fact we hadn’t received it? Why would we lie about a mattress protector when we just purchased a £3k bed?

The store then passed us to customer service, who said we would have to go to store but we could collect from there and notes will be on system.

My wife went down to the store and the gentleman who we purchased off originally and took the phone call earlier (questioning us about mattress protector) wasn’t keen to give the protector from his stock in store. So he then called someone and another 20 mins later reluctantly gave us a mattress protector that we had rightly paid for despite 3 hours of conversations and 4 visits to this store over recent months we finally have everything we paid for!

It’s clear these guys are great to get your sale, speak the sales BS and play the game being nice. Once they have your money though, the service disappears you become a hassle and nothing but a painful experience and overall terrible customer service in the end. This purchase wasn’t cheap, but everything from the purchase onwards was very very poor.

terrible service in the shop, we nearly walked out as it took so long but we're already so invested in time we persevered. I get an angry call yesterday saying we owe our balance.. but I had not received any communication about when it was due, or how to pay. Not even a number to call where I can ask!
I sorted payment to have an email a day later saying our delivery has been delayed a month! It was due to arrive next week.
Why were they so desperate for payment now if the bed is delayed so long? Genuinely the worst customer service i've experienced.

Paul was easy to talk to,understood what l wanted and sorted my matteress order quickly and also arranged delivery and recycling of my old matteress. Thank you .

We had bought a bed and mattress from them a week before and just felt welcome and relaxed that we decided to purchase our bedroom furniture the following week. Just a good friendly service. Was hoping for a further discount as bought quite a bit but prices were reasonable anyway so mustn’t grumble!
Not pushy but really helpful.

Excellent advice and service prompt delivery

I came with my 87 year old Mum to buy her a single mattress for her bed. The member of staff who served us was very patient with her and explained the different types of mattresses and pillows to us. We ended up buying a mattress, mattress cover and an orthopaedic pillow. As a family we have used Bensons For Beds for many years and we will continue to do so.
