Very welcoming without the ‘heavy sales pitch’. Elizabeth at the store in Leamington Spa was extremely helpful and knowledgable. The product range is excellent and flexibility around delivery is also really appreciated.

Reliance on i pad poor experience takes too long should have taken 1/2 time as a result reduced order to escape !!

My wife and I had gone to the store looking for a competitively priced bed whilst waiting for some furniture to be returned from our home in Spain. We had a budget which we quickly realised we needed to exceed. Thankfully, the store team pointed us toward a display model that had been reduced in price which was still above our budget. However, with a sharp pencil they reduced the price further making the sale more palatable. The team were professionally and courteous throughout. Really helpful. Thank you!

I purchased a mattress yesturday from Benson for Beds in Leamington Spa.
As soon as I entered I was approached and a lovely lady came and helped me to choose the perfect mattress for my sleeping style. The mattress I chose was incredible. She really listened to what i said, and if i didn’t like one she knew exactly what once to try next. She really knew what she was talking about.
After going through all paper work and delivery information, as we got the card out to pay, we were then told the price. I would of preferred to know how much it was before sitting down and going through all paperwork. I am still pleased with the purchase but the cost could of been mentioned earlier on.
