Bensons For Beds - Leeds Crown Point492 レビュー

We are delighted with the Benson For Beds experience. The showroom has a great variety of beds, all shapes, sizes, colours, mattresses, and accessories. The staff are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, guiding us to the best fit for our needs.

Our purchase process was smooth and transparent except for one hiccup. When we placed our deposit, the staff member said we should ask for delivery 2-3 weeks in advance. We did that, only to learn (from a different staff member), that there is a 5 week period, meaning we received our bed over 2 weeks after we had planned. Frustrating, but we believe it to be an honest mistake. Considering the otherwise outstanding quality, it's still 5 stars.

The delivery and construction was quick and efficient. We realised that the bedframe was larger than we expected and they kindly allowed us to change it with a surprisingly low cost overhead and no resistance.

Delivered on time and good quality. Effective communication until delivery.

I ordered a bed a short while ago & was complimentary about the whole instore process. I added that, I hoped the delivery was as smooth & efficient. Was the delivery as smooth & efficient as hoped? Absolutely!! Cannot praise the whole system sufficiently. The up to date information was helpful. I had to amend our delivery & spoke to the delivery team. They could not have been more helpful. Thank you! Then today Reece & Colin arrived punctually with all we'd ordered. They were personable, respectful of our home & efficient. Great job guys. Thank you.

Everything went as planned I was kept informed of delivery exactly as what the excellent sales staff said it would

100% happy with the service special mention to Jane who helped us to choose the right bed and mattress and Andy and Michael who delivered the products and efficiently fixed it.

Helpful sales lady
Plenty to choose from
Prompt delivery service

This is the second bed we have bought from Bensons. So far we are happy with it. Sales assistant in the shop was very helpful. The delivery drivers were nice too.

From the shop to receiving the mattress

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful

The two men who brought my bed was polite and well mannered. Whilst bringing the bed in they respected my property. I couldn’t have asked for two better delivery men

Helpful knowledgeable sales lady in Crown Point Lovely delivery guys.

The delivery team was swift and efficient.

Friendly staff

Excellent service from start to finish from order to deliver

Delivery spot on , goods in good condition , self assembly was easy to do quality for price good , overall value for money

When I asked in the store, I was told that delivery to my doorstep was free of charge. However, I was then charged around £60 to have the bed taken to my room of choice, which did not include assembly.

There was also poor communication regarding assembly. I was not informed that assembly was excluded, and only later found out that it would cost an additional £100. Had this been made clear from the beginning, I would have opted out of paying the extra delivery fee altogether.

I spent nearly £1,400 in-store and paid in full, so this experience was extremely disappointing. Advertising “free delivery” feels misleading when there are significant additional charges that are not clearly explained upfront.

disappointing experience really

Good service, knowledgeable & helpful staff

Delivery was exactly as it stayed, I got a phone call 30mins before arrival.
Lovely delivery men, driver Colin and drivers assistant Reece.
Took my mattress upstairs and in to the room of my choice.
Polite and very accommodating.
Well done

The sales process was excellent and we ended up with the mattress we needed at a very good price. The delivery went well. The guys arrived on time having given us plenty of notice. The new mattress was put exactly where we wanted and the old mattress stored in the garage for me ready for recycling.
