Bensons For Beds - Livingston651 レビュー

The lady who served me Vivienne was absolutely brilliant suffer bad from anxiety and she was very patient with me explaining about the mattresses that I was trying and how my old mattress was giving me my aches and pains and rush me in any way would definitely go back to bensons

Quality product, came within confirmed timeslot and service from start to finish was good

We had exceptional customer service from Nadia the first time we ordered our mattress. We had to go back in as the mattress wasn’t suitable and she couldn’t have been more helpful again. Sorted a replacement without any fuss and was again amazing. She’s a credit to your company

Nadia welcomed me as soon as I entered the Store, she listened to what I was looking for and helped me choose the right bed and mattress

Didn't feel pressured. Lovely sales lady. So kind and helpful. Felt valued and informed

Great help in choosing the bed and on time delivery

Nadia in livingston branch was super helpful, very friendly and answered all questions put to her.

Very happy with bed, drivers were lovely when dropping off, happy to remove shoes etc due to cream carpets and because they had extra time they set it up for me on the bed! Awesome service!

Nadia was great in store. She showed us lots of options and took the time to explain each one. As we had a big order she was able to get us a few items thrown in with total price which was much apprenticed. Her knowledge was great and advice on my mattress was spot in as its been the best sleep I have had in years. The delivery team were also great and efficient.

What a fantastic company! Steve in sales helped me immensely, making sure I bought the right bed, headboard and mattress for my needs.
They kindly sent two lovely young men to dismantle my old bed for me and the lads who came today to install my products were fabulous.
They also kept in constant contact with me.
I can't recommend this Company highly enough.

Excellent service from both Jack and Viv at the Livingston store. Mattresses are surprisingly complicated, but made easy with the right tools and knowledge. I'm not a quick shopper - the team gave me space and patience over several store visits, as well as expert input to help with my final shopping decision. Highly recommend.

From start to finish amazing service and communication, in shop experience with no pressure etc to the delivery everything was spot on and professional. 5 stars to Bensons, would definitely use again and highly recommended.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable and took time to get to know what we would need. The whole process was easy, especially as they had our details on file from our previous mattress 9yrs ago. Easy to get to and park right by the door at the Livingston store.

Staff very helpful and explaining the difference in mattresses. Also just letting you choose which one you want and not pushing you to buy which I prefer.

Jack was very helpful, friendly and provided excellent guidance in the shop

Firstly it was the only bed shop open at 10am on a Sunday so everyone else missed out on our custom!
Sales assistant Nadia was quick to ask us if we needed help and soon had us lying down! We picked our super kingsize base, mattress and headboard, and it was all delivered before Christmas. Love the bed. Great investment. Would recommend Bensons for Beds.

Sleeping now like a baby

Delivery men were professional. They were courteous and also handled package with care.Unfortunately,i didn't check their name badges .

A definite recommend for further future purchases.

We have been very impressed with our recent interaction with Bensons, from using the website to look @ products, then our visit to your Livingston location where Nadia dealt with our purchase, we were amazed that Nadia advised our order would be delivered in 5 days. After placing our order the delivery information via website & text was excellent, resulting in delivery of our Tempur mattress on the 5th December, the delivery guys were very cheery our delivery was scheduled between 1pm to 3pm there was no surprise when we were contacted around midday with the delivery around 12:30.
