Very helpful and good advice about which beds would be most suitable for customers

After waiting over 6 weeks for delivery, and getting a company organised to assemble the furniture, I’ve now been advised that the delivery date won’t go ahead as promised! It’s going to be another 16 days before it arrives. I’ve also had to cancel the assembly company and they will have to check their diary before I know if they can fit the furniture for me. Very disappointed! If I hadn’t already paid in full, I would have cancelled the order! Guests were coming to stay, now have no furniture for them! Bensons did not do well in my opinion! Would think twice before spending a lot of money months in advance, and no goods as yet!!

Kind and polite attendant in Livingston. Attention to the detail. Bed and mattress delivered on time. No issues with the bed neither with the mattress.

We already knew what we were looking for regarding bed model and love bensons but the staff member who assisted us in our purchase was amazing she is worth her weight in gold staff like this make your experience so much nicer 10/10 and a gold buzzer from me

No sales pressure from staff and advised us about choosing a new bed. Type of mattress,bed frame and headboard.

Poor service. Ordered a kingsize mattress but delivery driver had a small double mattress in van. I refused delivery and told another 3 weeks for delivery after rearranging my morning not to mention uplift of my old mattress on same day. Absolute joke. Was told someone would try and sort something out and call me back yet another person called to say not able to contact anyone yet but delivery will be another 3 weeks. Gave me my money back. Obviously too much hassle to rectify their mistake. Would be a good idea for delivery men to check their stock before they set out on the journey.

Hoped to be able to write an amended review. Sadly not. After 1st. delivery all we had undamaged was a headboard. Damaged mattress, damaged base. Now after 2nd. delivery, we have half a base undamaged and the headboard. Why on earth was the replacement base delivered with very obvious bad damage and not inspected. Something is wrong with the whole process. A bed company should be now have worked out a way of delivering what a customer paid for in perfect condition. One of the offers made by customer services was they would pay is something to keep damaged goods. Insult to injury comes to mind. We await delivery number 3 as far as the base is concerned and delivery 2 for the replacement mattress. I would strongly advise you not to use this firm if you want to avoid extreme disappointment over what should be a happy purchase and experience. The shop experience was first class, the manager superb... The rest has been a very different story.
Updated to say that I just got a message to say the half base will not be delivered on the date given. When I enquired as to whether the delivery could be made to a new address in the event of us moving house, they did not know.
To make matters even more confusing I was sent this message: delivery now 14/04/2047. Note the date! Perhaps you can see why I am encouraging you to think "Dreams" rather than Bensons...

Paul at Livingston branch catered to our needs in explaining the different mattresses and bases available in king size. He was very efficient. My daughter also purchased a small double with base and mattress. Gave us a good deal.
