Very helpful staff. Good service.
It would though save me a 25 mile round trip if I was able to pay for my purchase over the phone or by BACS. Can’t understand your policy?

Went into store to purchase a new mattress. Due to complex medical issues, my husband and I knew it wasn’t going to be simple. Ian came to introduce himself to us and his advice, patience and understanding was exceptional. Thank you Ian, your time and expertise was extremely appreciated.

Shopped at Bensons for Beds in Llanelli where we were greeted by the manager, Cameron. His support whilst in the shop was second to none. He did his best to find us the bed that we were looking for. In no time, we bought the bed that we loved! I can’t thank Cameron enough for his patience and service.

Store and purchasing experience excellent with polite and supportive staff. All downhill after that. Delivery guys politely refused to assemble the bed. When I did so there were 4 castors missing so I could not use the mattress on the base and there was a broken drawer in the base. Took 20 mins to get through to customer services. I would have to wait 4 weeks for replacement castors from the supplier. They could not help with the broken drawer. I would have to send pictures to a Bensons email address. I did so and had an automatic response telling me they would contact me in 10 OR MORE DAYS! Bensons For Beds?.....more like Bensons For Bedlam!
UPDATE: Waited 3 weeks for my replacement castors and drawer. The castors arrived on April 21st along with TWO MORE DAMAGED DRAWERS! The bedlam continues......The driver will report the damage and Bensons For Bedlam will get back to me. Seriously, don't buy a bed with this company, they are a nightmare!!

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. My mum is disabled and needs a bed that she can easily get in and out of, and one that supports her back.

The staff (I believe the assistant's name was Holly) were very accommodating allowing her to see a variety of beds and mattress to suit her needs.

I needed an adjustable bed in a hurry and the lovely salesman pulled out all the stops and it is being delivered in 10 days instead of 4-6 weeks.

My experience was amazing, went into the Llanelli store not knowing what I really wanted and the wonderful John who works there helped us out massively and got me an amazing deal I am happy with what I got and he is the most honest friendly man definitely recommend going in and asking for John and his advice
