Excellent, honest advice to assist with purchase.

As someone who was unsure of what I wanted in a new bed I was delighted to be met by a very helpful salesperson. After determining a price range I was shown the availability and then encouraged to browse with no pressure but with welcome advice. The salesperson was highly professional but friendly and approachable. He made the experience a pleasure. I was further impressed when a few days later he was true to his word and was able to reduce the price due to an unforeseen price drop. I would like to thank him.

Had no hassle or hard sell when buying the mattress In Pemberton. John was amazing very patient, understanding and friendly.
Just had delivery what amazing young men, very obliging happy to help in any way.

We were looking for advice to purchase a very-much needed new bed and mattress, and after searching online we decided to visit the showroom in Llanelli. We were greeted by John, who was extremely friendly and down to earth. We told him what we wanted and he listened. Instead of trying to sell to us, he supported us in making the decision that was right for us. I am so glad that we bought in store instead of online, as we wouldn’t have had the personal touch and support that John showed us.
We also opted for our old bed to be collected and new bed built - it was so worth the extra cost!! The delivery drivers were friendly and quick and they took away our old frame, and built our new bed within the space of an hour. Completely hassle free! I would highly recommend Bensons service.

John was fantastic and helped us discover exactly what we wanted. He was available but not pushy and was more interested in us getting what we wanted than the sale itself, which of course, resulted in a sale!

The gentleman was extremely helpful didn't pressure us in buying a mattress.. he left us to talk in private.. advised us probably in what we were buying.. very easy to talk to and very helpful

Ian the assistant manager was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble but he wasn’t “pushy” like some other sales men. He answered every query we had but also gave us time on our own to discuss what we wanted to do. Wouldn’t hesitate to return. 🤩🤩🤩

The sales person listened to what I wanted to showed us relevant beds. He made the choices we had to make clear about the divan and headboard choices etc - a really pleasant experience

The salesman called Ian spent lots of time with us getting the order right. There was no feeling of having to rush.

Ian in Llanelli Parc Pemberton was excellent, he was approachable and friendly - not pushy! He knew all answers to our questions and gave great recommendations to our budgets. I had my baby in pram so required to use the lift, he assisted with this also. He was full of smiles and clearly has a font of knowledge of products and services.

The salesman was very helpful, listened to my needs, and wasn’t pushing for a sale.
