Shopping for a wardrobe
I went to buy a wardrobe for my mother. Our sales assistant, Shameela, was fantastic! We informed shameela of what we wanted: she informed us of the different options available, provided feedback about the quality and longevity of the product based on customer reviews, and calculated bundle deals promptly. Overall, her customer service was brilliant so it’s definitely worth shopping at the luton branch.

Different Options…
Being given the opportunity to try different mattresses in order to select the option that would be best for us. The friendly helpfull advisor ( Shameela) who assisted us without being pushy.

Delivered on time
Delivered on time, with a reminder text and call on the day. Everything wa packaged with extra care- bubble and foam so every piece was scratch free and undamaged. The bed looks and feels sturdy and great. Thank you.

Super helpful knowledgeable staff
We found a frame we wanted, call the local store who had the bed frame on display. We visited and saw the frame and bought it. All very smooth and easy. Stephen was very helpful n
