Benson for Beds store staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and guided us patiently through our selection process. They were also very kind to our toddler. The delivery experience was very smooth, quick and hasslefree - very friendly experts.

Brilliant service from ordering in the shop right through to it being delivered and assembled in my home. Very professional, no pushy sales and just an overall great experience. Bed is lovely; very comfy and the ottoman aspect is so much bigger than I anticipated which is great!

Pete at the Macclesfield shop was so helpful, as always we have bought beds from him at least twice before.

We purchased a new bed base.The whole experience from first entering the shop to delivery was first class.
We found Daryll in the store to be very helpful with our decision of which base to choose without being over the top.The base was delivered on the correct date and on time.Then a member of staff named Andrew called at our house in his own time to help with a problem of my making which was soon remedied. It was a pleasure to make our purchase from Bensons for Beds and we will certainly use them again.

Fabulous from start to finish! Staff amazingly helpful in store helping choose the right mattress. Delivery team great! (Delivery app is great to know where they are). My Mum has actually slept the entire night through, which she hasn’t in 10 years!!! Thank you Bensons, just thank you!!!

Staff in the store were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as were the delivery drivers. With my limited knowledge of mattresses after discussing my needs with the store staff I was able to purchase the right mattress which is extremely comfortable and delivered on the day that I requested

Welcomed by the sales guy initially but then left very much to our own devices to try ask the mattresses.
Our questions were answered professionally and clearly and we managed to utilise a discount code too!
Looking forward to the arrival of our new mattress 💤

Bed was delivered damaged, parts ordered by store but it’s been over a week and still waiting for someone from parts department to contact me about when the new parts will be delivered! Not a good service and will not recommend to anyone now!

It was great to test the bed in-store. Everything ran smoothly from ordering to delivery with great communication.

Everything was fine up to delivery but the team would not assemble the bed as apparently that service has to be ordered at the point of sale. This service was not offered to me at the point of sale so not very impressed.
